MATHAME UNVEIL NEW SINGLE 'FOLLOW' FEATURING BONN AFTER A YEAR OF GLOBAL FAN DEMAND

After more than a year captivating audiences at some of the world's biggest festivals, Mathame's long-awaited collaboration with acclaimed vocalist BONN finally arrives.

For more than a year, 'Follow' existed as one of the duo’s most talked-about unreleased records. Played across Tomorrowland, EDC, Sziget Festival, UNVRS Ibiza and beyond, the song took on a life of its own as thousands of fans sang it back long before it was officially released. Now, Mathame finally unveil their long-awaited collaboration with acclaimed vocalist BONN.

Built around Mathame's signature cinematic production and elevated by BONN's unmistakable vocals, 'Follow' captures the emotional intensity that has become synonymous with the Italian brothers' sound. Pairing soaring melodies with euphoric momentum, the record feels equally suited to festival main stages and late-night dancefloors. While its festival energy has made it a fan favourite around the world, at its core, 'Follow' is a song about connection, with BONN's lyrics bringing a deeply human dimension to the duo's expansive sound.

Reflecting on the journey of Follow, the duo commented:

“After playing Follow on some of the world's biggest stages, we started hearing people sing it back to us. It was theirs before it was ever a record; that's when we knew it was magic.”

Over the past decade, BONN has established himself as one of dance music's most recognisable voices, lending his songwriting and vocals to global hits including Axwell Λ Ingrosso's ‘More Than You Know’, Martin Garrix's ‘High On Life’, Lost Frequencies' ‘The Feeling’, and Avicii's ‘Freak’, while also co-writing Avicii's posthumous single ‘SOS’. His distinctive delivery on “Follow” brings a human dimension to Mathame's sonic universe.

'Follow' arrives with more than a year of momentum behind it, growing from a live favourite on some of the world's biggest festival stages into one of Mathame's defining releases to date.

Mathame, the Italian brothers Amedeo and Matteo Giovanelli, are pioneers of EmoTech – a movement where emotional storytelling meets futuristic sound and technology. Shaped by a background in classical music, hip-hop, and cinema, they create immersive productions that blend melodic techno with cinematic depth

Their debut album MEMO introduced NEO, a monumental art project and narrative world representing a new ritual of sound and light. Its story unfolds through NEOLOGY, a parallel audiovisual show – a non-linear, anime-inspired film projected during their live performances. Together, NEO and NEOLOGY form a unified universe exploring the sacred, the futuristic, and the emotional.

With innovations like Old Neural Mixtape Vol.1 — an AI-powered project for Apple's M1 chip that reimagined DJ mixing and evolved into a groundbreaking 3D live show — Mathame continue to blur the boundaries between music, technology, and immersive art. From their BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix of the Year to performances at Tomorrowland, Coachella and Hï Ibiza, they stand as visionary storytellers.
