FEED ME ASCENDS WITH “ANOTHER LEVEL” AN ADRENALINE CHARGED COLLABORATION WITH FLUX PAVILION AND KILL THE NOISE

UK bass virtuoso Feed Me is kicking off the new year with “Another Level” a new single with Flux Pavilion and Kill The Noise that channels his most exuberant side. Framed as a celebration of resilience, it leans into growth, self belief and the stubborn decision to keep pushing forward.

Built on an upbeat house rhythm, “Another Level” pulses with restless ambition. Tight percussion lays the groundwork while roaring bass and whirring synths echo throughout the hook in call and response. Each rise and fall hits like a wave gradually building the energy until the final beat. It comes across as a clear mission statement for the year ahead, one of drive, focus and release.

In October 2025, Feed Me released his latest full length album “Felt Sick” an emotionally charged project that reaffirmed his reputation for intricate sound design and melodic prowess. He brought the album to stages across North America, turning its tension and release into a full scale live experience. With that chapter now closed, Feed Me enters 2026 with renewed momentum and the sense that “Another Level” is only the first glimpse of what he has in store this year.

QUOTE FROM FEED ME

“Jake and Josh are close friends and our lives have intertwined for many years, so when tracks like Another Level come together they tend to represent years of us getting together, getting creative, and adding and subtracting - it feels like a group diary entry”

Multifaceted British EDM producer Jon Gooch developed his Feed Me moniker in the late 2000s as a vehicle for his dubstep/electro-house hybrid tracks. Working with Deadmau5's Mau5trap imprint, Gooch's tracks of wobbly bass and scattershot drum programming evolved over a nonstop stream of singles, remixes for big-name artists like Robyn, and studio albums like 2013's Calamari Tuesday. Born in Hertfordshire, England, in 1984, Jon Gooch first made a name for himself under the alias Spor, crafting hard-edged drum'n'bass tracks. In 2008, he debuted the Feed Me moniker and a more dubstep-leaning sound on his first track, "The Spell." Still active as Spor (and a handful of other aliases), Gooch's work as Feed Me was largely released on the Deadmau5-run label Mau5trap. His first full-length album, Feed Me's Big Adventure, materialized in 2010, and new tracks came at a steady clip in the form of new singles or EP releases like 2011's To the Stars and 2012's Escape from Electric Mountain. He also increased his profile by remixing the likes of Chase & Status ("Let You Go"), Nero ("Innocence"), Gorillaz ("On Melancholy Hill"), and Robyn ("Call Your Girlfriend"). Calamari Tuesday, his second album, was released in 2013 via Gooch's own Sotto Voce imprint. Over the next four years, he averaged a new EP each year beginning with Feed Me's Psychedelic Journey (2014), followed by A Giant Warrior Descends on Tokyo (2015), Feed Me's Family Reunion (2016), and Feed Me's Existential Crisis (2017). He also collaborated with American producer Kill the Noise on the 2014 single "Far Away." In 2019, third full-length High Street Creeps arrived, this time back on Mau5trap. By this time, Gooch's style had developed from the dubstep trendiness of his earliest work into more varied and quick-changing compositions that included nods to his drum'n'bass background.

JOHN DIGWEED DRAWS 35,000 TO HISTORIC FREE POP-UP PARTY IN ROSARIO, ARGENTINA

The landmark event took place at the Monumento Nacional a la Bandera, one of the country’s most important national sites, built to celebrate the creation of the Argentine flag.

On Friday January 30, at just 24 hours’ notice, British DJ and producer John Digweed and the city of Rosario delivered a truly historic moment for electronic music in Argentina, performing a free pop-up party that drew over 35,000 people to the area surrounding the Monumento Nacional a la Bandera.

Originally planned as a much smaller gathering for 2,000 attendees, the event was announced on Thursday evening (January 29) and immediately sparked an overwhelming response online. Due to unprecedented public interest, the location was moved to the park in front of the monument – one of Argentina’s most significant historical landmarks, built to commemorate the creation of the Argentine flag in 1957.

The event was made possible through close collaboration between local promoters Lado b Producciones and Rosario city officials, including Mayor Pablo Javkin, who worked swiftly and constructively to ensure the event could take place safely and smoothly. The result was a rare example of artists, promoters, government and community working together to create a positive, inclusive cultural moment.

The event remained completely free and open to the public, reinforcing its spirit as a celebration for the people of Rosario. Attendees responded in kind; the crowd was respectful throughout, and the area was left clean, underscoring the potential for large-scale electronic music events to coexist harmoniously within historic public spaces.

Following the event, John Digweed commented:

“This was something truly special. With just 24 hours notice, the city of Rosario completely blew my mind. I’ve played many shows in Argentina over the last 25 years, but this one will stay with me forever.”

The Rosario pop-up stands as a powerful example of what can be achieved when artists, organisers and city officials work together in the spirit of openness and trust. For John Digweed, the night was a special and memorable moment; one that reflected his long-standing connection with Argentina and the strength of its electronic music community.

JEREMY OLANDER ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM WHEN THE RAIN FALLS

Set for worldwide release on March 13 via Vivrant, the album is introduced by its lead single Apollo – a collaboration with Swedish duo Moontalk, out February 6.

Swedish electronic music stalwart Jeremy Olander announces his long-awaited debut album When The Rain Falls, marking a defining new chapter in his esteemed career. Set for release on March 13 via his imprint Vivrant, the album stands as a deeply personal and deliberate body of work – one shaped by years of artistic evolution, lived experience and creative introspection.

The album will be introduced by its first single, Apollo – a collaboration with rising Swedish duo Moontalk, due for release on February 6. Serving as an early window into the record’s emotional and sonic world, the track reflects Olander’s refined artistic direction: cinematic, atmospheric and forward facing.

The imminent release of Apollo and the announcement of his upcoming debut album signal a pivotal milestone in Olander’s career, arriving 15 years after his debut on Eric Prydz’s record label Pryda Friends in 2011. Long celebrated as a producer-first artist with a focussed melodic vision, Olander now steps into a new era defined by intention, emotional clarity and album-focused storytelling.

Apollo encapsulates this moment of transition. Marrying Olander’s cinematic, emotionally charged, melodic sensibility with Moontalk’s groovy, hypnotic house energy, the track signals a refined direction that moves beyond progressive house into a more unchartered, collaborative sound. It’s expansive yet playful, functional yet deeply emotive and a statement of artistic alignment rather than trend-driven collaboration.

Crystalizing years of artistic evolution, lived experience and creative introspection into his most deliberate body of work to date, the forthcoming album represents a deeper personal and creative reckoning for Olander. Shaped by a major life reset – including sobriety and becoming a father – the record channels themes of renewal, identity, exhaustion and rediscovered purpose. Rather than simply a selection of DJ-functional offerings, the album embraces considered pacing, informed by listening beyond the dancefloor and guided by lived experience, rather than external influence.

Speaking about the upcoming album, Jeremy Olander commented:

“This album means a lot to me beyond the music itself. It’s a closing and an opening. The end of the first chapter of my career and my life, and the beginning of the next. I started it at a time when I was stuck in a destructive headspace, and I finished it piece by piece as things improved and I made some necessary changes. It’s very personal, so putting it out there feels both scary and incredibly exciting.”

In support of When The Rain Falls, Olander will embark on an extensive world tour with his album-focused DJ sets. The first phase of the tour spans North America, Europe, Australia and Asia. The tour launches on March 13 in Houston, coinciding with the album’s release, and includes stops in Dallas, Montreal, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Stockholm, Sydney, Perth, Melbourne, Seoul, London, Manchester, Chicago, Vancouver, New York City and Boston, among others. Known for performances built almost entirely around his own productions, the tour will showcase a more immersive, narrative-driven approach, reflecting the emotional depth and pacing of the album itself.

Since emerging as the first artist to sign a multi-release deal on Pryda Friends, Olander has carved out a distinct path in electronic music, releasing on Last Night On Earth, Diynamic, Drumcode, Watergate Records and Anjunadeep, and delivering remixes for Tove Lo, Digitalism, Nils Hoffmann, Henry Saiz, and others. In 2014, he founded Vivrant, now a globally respected label and event series spotlighting melodic and atmospheric electronic music. His performance history includes sharing the stage with Eric Prydz at Madison Square Garden and Brixton Academy, countless global festival appearances, and becoming the first Nordic artist to feature on Cercle.

Moontalk, the dynamic Swedish duo of Edwin Lindberg and Lukas Hällgren, have swiftly ascended from the underground to the forefront of the global electronic music scene. With years of experience as seasoned producers and a track record of hundreds of millions of streams, Edwin and Lukas bring their shared passion for alternative electronic music to life through their work as DJs, producers and artists. Following the massive success of their track Money, which claimed the #1 spot on the Beatport Indie Dance Chart and earned support from tastemakers including Jamie Jones, the pair has maintained momentum with a string of standout releases and international acclaim. Most recently, they released Hot Line ‘84 on Ben Sterling’s label Planet X (who also remixed the track) which garnered support from Mau P and other key figures in the scene. Their collaboration with Olander reflects a shared Swedish lineage and a mutual commitment to forward-thinking, emotionally resonant dance music.
