CHRIS LAKE SELLS OUT 40.000-TICKET LOS ANGELES WEEKEND, CAPPING BIGGEST MONTH OF HIS CAREER

Historic Los Angeles Run Follows A Sold-Out Three-Night Takeover Of New York City, Bringing More Than 55.000 Fans Across Five Headline Shows In June.

Chris Lake has completed the biggest headline month of his career, selling more than 55.000 tickets across five sold-out headline shows in New York City and Los Angeles throughout June.

The month culminated with two sold-out performances at Los Angeles State Historic Park on June 19 and 20, where a combined 40.000 fans attended Lake's largest standalone headline shows ever in Los Angeles. Presented by Framework and Goldenvoice, the first date sold out in less than 15 minutes, prompting the addition of a second show, which also sold out during the event weekend.

The historic Los Angeles run followed another major achievement just weeks earlier, as Lake sold out all three nights of his Under The K Bridge Park takeover in Brooklyn, New York. Presented by Black Book Records and The Bowery Presents, more than 15.000 fans attended the June 5–7 series, marking one of the largest headline runs of Lake's career on the East Coast.

Together, the sold-out New York and Los Angeles events brought more than 55.000 fans to Chris Lake headline shows in a single month, underlining his position as one of the most in-demand artists in electronic music today.

The Los Angeles performances represented a particularly significant milestone. Returning to headline the city for the first time since 2022, Lake transformed LA State Historic Park into a massive open-air dancefloor across two nights, supported by AYYBO, Ragie Ban, Hot Since 82 and Clüb de Combat. The events showcased the scale and ambition that have become synonymous with the Black Book Records founder's live performances.

The sold-out Los Angeles run attracted attention well beyond the dance music world. Among those attending opening night was three-time Super Bowl champion Travis Kelce, underscoring the wider cultural momentum surrounding Chris Lake as he continues to expand his reach beyond the traditional electronic music audience.

The achievement caps a remarkable period for Lake. Following the release of his debut album Chemistry, a sold-out global tour, and a second GRAMMY® nomination for his remix of The Chemical Brothers' "Galvanize," he has continued to expand his reach while remaining one of dance music's leading independent artists.

Recent years have seen Lake collaborate with some of the biggest names in music, including Skrillex, Disclosure and Sammy Virji, while building Black Book Records into one of electronic music's most respected labels. At the 2026 International Dance Music Awards during Miami Music Week, Lake took home awards for Best Album and Best Remix, further cementing his position at the forefront of global dance music.

While the New York takeover demonstrated his growing influence on the East Coast, the sold-out Los Angeles weekend served as the defining statement of the month, delivering Chris Lake's biggest headline performances in the city to date and reinforcing his status as one of the genre's most powerful live draws.
