DENNIS FERRER AND DERRICK CARTER HEADLINE MINISTRY OF SOUND X HARD TIMES SHOWCASE FOR 35 YEARS AT MIAMI MUSIC WEEK

The special showcase is the next stop in the club’s World Tour, celebrating its 35th anniversary.

Ministry of Sound announces the next stop in its 35-Year World Tour with a special collaboration with Hard Times for Miami Music Week. On Friday, 27th, headliners Dennis Ferrer, Derrick Carter, HoneyLuv, and more will unite at Sable Miami, a new indoor-outdoor venue with a state of the art soundsystem from 7 pm until 4 am.

The collaboration marks the next stop in Ministry of Sound's year-long 35-city world tour spanning six continents and the first time in its history that the brand has embarked on a global run at this scale. Having launched in Dubai earlier this year with Armand Van Helden, DJ Tennis and Honeyluv, it now arrives in Miami for a collaboration with Hard Times, the UK club night and influential label that has championed US house in the UK since the early 1990s.

MoS has a long-standing history with Hard Times, and we’ve hosted many incredible parties together over the last 35 years,” says Jared McCulloch, Head of Live at Ministry of Sound. “We’ve recently reignited the relationship by holding quarterly events at our London home. To celebrate this renewed partnership, we felt it was only right to host a show in Miami for the esteemed Music Week as part of 35th birthday tour."

The event will take place across the indoor vinyl listening lounge and open-air Garden at Sable Miami. Inside, the design-led space is built for immersive listening and late-night sessions, boasting a high-fidelity sound system in an intimate space. Outdoors, The Garden offers an elevated open-air setting surrounded by greenery, complete with a state-of-the-art sound system.

Leading the bill is US house heavyweight Dennis Ferrer, the Objektivity boss known for shaping modern soulful house, alongside Chicago figurehead Derrick Carter, a long-standing architect of the genre whose influence runs from underground basements to global festival stages. The lineup also features a special b2b from HoneyLuv and FLETCH, plus Olive F alongside Chuck Daniels b2b Doorly, Misturada, Tony Deep Disco, Jake Mercer, Foz and Travis Casa, ensuring a full-spectrum journey through house’s past, present and future.

With Ministry of Sound celebrating 35 years at the forefront of global dance culture and Hard Times continuing its legacy as one of house music’s most influential imprints, this Miami Music Week collaboration promises a properly authentic session for discerning heads.

HARDWELL CONFIRMS FIVE-CITY NORTH AMERICAN RUN FOR 2026

After three monumental shows in 2025, Hardwell is returning to the USA, and this time he’s bringing even more heat. The global electronic titan has now officially unveiled his 2026 North American tour, marking a powerful return to the United States this June with five headline performances across key cities.

Set to take in New York, Washington D.C., Dallas, Denver and San Francisco, the run signals Hardwell’s biggest capacity US tour in recent years, a statement of intent from an artist who continues to evolve at the forefront of mainstage techno and big room innovation.

Following a relentless, globe-spanning schedule, Hardwell has played at Ultra, Tomorrowland, Coachella, and other key festivals across every continent. Building on these global appearances, he recently made a landmark return to EDC Mexico, performing to 75,000 fans, and he is slated as one of the headline acts for EDC Las Vegas later in the year. Looking ahead to 2026, Hardwell continues to ignite the Americas. Armed with a recharged sonic direction, his post-REBELS NEVER DIE era now leans further into driving, high-impact techno influences, while still retaining the melodic tension and cinematic builds that cement his status as one of dance music’s most influential figures.

Fans can expect a forward-facing show designed around unreleased material, bespoke edits and exclusive live IDs, alongside reinvigorated versions of classics that shaped festival main stages worldwide. With production tailored to each venue, the tour promises a more immersive experience compared to his large-scale festival appearances.

A two-time World No.1 DJ, Revealed Recordings founder and architect of some of the most defining anthems of the past decade, Hardwell’s trajectory has never been about nostalgia. Instead, the Dutch heavyweight continues to push into new territory: sharper, darker and more uncompromising than ever.

Speaking on the upcoming run, Hardwell stated: “Last year’s run of shows was so much fun. Every single night the fans brought that crazy energy, so I knew we had to do it again in 2026, and here we are! After the voting campaign, a lot of fans were really vocal about their desire for an extended tour, so I’m seriously pumped for this one. We’re hitting five cities this time, and it’s going to be even crazier. Let’s go one more time!”

Pre-sale registration is now live via his official website, with general on-sale details to follow.

SANKEY’S MANCHESTER GRANTED 6AM LICENSE

Their legendary in house night The Redlight will also return for a Bank Holiday weekend special with Felix Da Housecat!

Sankey’s Manchester has been granted a new 6am licence, marking another major milestone in the club's celebrated history. The club has been back in action for a month now, with an announced season of established and rising names plus special guests still to come.

The newly granted 6am licence restores the late-night freedom that once defined Sankey’s, allowing the venue to again deliver an extended club journey that Manchester’s underground scene has long been craving.

This news coincides with the return of Sankey’s seminal in-house brand, The Redlight, set to take place on Saturday 24th May across the Bank Holiday weekend. The move underlines the Sidney Street venue’s strong intent as it continues rebuilding one of the UK’s most influential underground institutions.

Famously rooted in the original Sankeys Soap era throughout the 2000s and beyond, The Redlight was always dedicated to the club’s house and garage-focused programming and became synonymous with raw, sweat-soaked underground energy. The May Bank Holiday edition sees Felix Da Housecat headline under The Redlight banner, with OG Sankey’s residents Krysko and Bucky in support and firmly anchoring the night in the club’s heritage.

The new 500-capacity space features the same stripped-back, immersive atmosphere that defined the original Sankeys experience with an LED matrix installation and a no-VIP, no-phones dancefloor policy. Meanwhile, weekly Saturday events with unannounced headliners are now well underway with names like Heidi, Maya Jane Coles, Solardo, Stacey Pullen, Steve Lawler, Magda, Nick Curly, Oxia and more set to take over the decks.

With extended hours now in place and a legendary brand back on the calendar, the DNA of the original club is unmistakably back, reinstating Sankey’s as the beating heart of Manchester nightlife.
