DJ SNAKE RETURNS TO THE GLOBAL TOP 50 ON SPOTIFY WITH “LET ME LOVE YOU (FEAT. JUSTIN BIEBER),” A DECADE AFTER ITS ORIGINAL RELEASE

Legendary artist and producer DJ Snake has made a powerful return to the global charts as his landmark hit Let Me Love You, featuring Justin Bieber, re-enters the Spotify Global Top 50, a full decade after its original release.

First released in 2016, “Let Me Love You” became one of the most defining global crossover records of its era, amassing billions of streams and leaving a lasting mark on pop and electronic music worldwide.Ten years on, the track’s return highlights the enduring emotional connection fans continue to have with DJ Snake’s catalog, underscoring the timeless appeal of a record that has resonated across generations. Its renewed chart momentum reflects a broader wave of listeners revisiting the music that defined their 2016 era.As audiences increasingly revisit the music that defined their 2016 era and the broader mid-2010s, DJ Snake’s catalog has re-emerged at the center of the viral 2016 nostalgia moment. During that period, he delivered a run of era-defining releases including “Lean On” with Major Lazer and MØ, one of the most streamed songs of all time, alongside global hits such as “Turn Down for What” with Lil Jon, “Taki Taki” with Selena Gomez, Ozuna, and Cardi B, and “Middle” with Bipolar Sunshine, ahead of the release of his critically acclaimed album “Encore”.

Together, these records helped define the sound and scale of mid-2010s pop, establishing DJ Snake as one of the most influential artists of his generation and setting a blueprint for global success in the streaming era.The chart return further underscores DJ Snake’s sustained global relevance, which has been defined by genre-defying releases, record-breaking streaming numbers, and a rare ability to bridge electronic music with global mainstream culture. The moment also follows the recent release of his long-anticipated studio album Nomad, a 17-track project that unites an expansive roster of global collaborators including Stray Kids, Travis Scott, Future, Don Toliver, J Balvin, Peso Pluma, Dillon Francis, Amadou & Mariam, and Damian “Jr. Gong” Marley. As DJ Snake continues to shape contemporary music on a global scale, the return of “Let Me Love You” to the charts stands as a testament to the lasting power of cultural classics in the streaming era.

Over the last decade, DJ Snake has achieved the kind of rarefied and wildly transformative success that few artists ever come close to attaining. Originally from a housing project on the outskirts of Paris, the multi-platinum-selling DJ/producer has shattered industry records with smash hits such as "Taki Taki," earned diamond certification from the RIAA for "Lean On" (with Major Lazer), delivered era-defining bangers like "Turn Down for What" (with Lil Jon), and made history as the first artist to perform atop the roof of the Arc de Triomphe. Along with repeatedly turning out tracks that top the charts around the world—including four songs that have surpassed a staggering billion streams on Spotify—the multi-award-winning phenom brings his boundary-pushing ingenuity to music that builds unexpected and undeniably powerful bridges between vastly different cultures and genres.
