FREAKS OF NATURE FESTIVAL RETURNS TO RIYADH IN FEBRUARY 2026 WITH EPISODE 7, FREAKYARD

Taking place across Thursday–Friday, 5th–6th and 12th–13th February 2026, Freaks of Nature returns with its seventh episode, titled Freakyard. Across three stages, it will welcome 120 DJs to Riyadh and attract more than 30,000 visitors per day, further establishing the boutique electronic music and arts event as Saudi Arabia’s most dynamic, immersive and memorable festival experience.

Since its inception, Freaks of Nature has consistently hosted a wide array of leading international and local artists, including Lost Frequencies, Nic Fanciulli, Morten, Agents of Time and many more. The upcoming episode will unfold on the same grounds as MDLBEAST’s Soundstorm Festival, transforming the site into an industrial yet visually striking and fully immersive new universe for attendees to explore.

Freakyard invites festival-goers to embrace a sense of freedom, leaving behind work, stress and the pressures of daily life. It celebrates the “Freak”, an unapologetically authentic, fun-seeking individual, encouraging attendees to reconnect, lose themselves in the music and atmosphere and create unforgettable memories that endure long after the night ends.

As part of the 2026 programming, which will be revealed over the coming weeks, Freakyard will also introduce a new merchandise range, a DJ competition, and several other experiential activities for local and international guests to enjoy throughout the duration of the festival.

Freakyard will feature meticulously designed stages, each with its own distinctive concept and visual identity, brought to life by immersive art installations and characters that roam the grounds, creating a truly interactive and unforgettable experience like no other.

Following a seismic Phase One reveal, Terminal V now announces another electric shock wave with Phase Two of its 2026 lineup featuring more techno heavyweights, future disruptors and cutting-edge artists. Returning to the Royal Highland Centre & Showground on 18 - 19 April 2026, next year’s edition, with six stages, 100+ artists and 40000 visitors, will be the most powerful in the festival’s already rich history. Tickets are on sale from Thursday 4th December at 9am.

Phase Two introduces another expansive list of artists across the spectrum of techno, industrial, rave and contemporary club sounds, with each bringing their own energy to Terminal V’s continually evolving sound.

Bringing together some of the most exciting names in contemporary club culture, the Phase Two lineup spans heavyweight techno innovators, fast-rising talents and boundary-pushing collaboration. Leading the charge is a serious selection of B2Bs including a hybrid sound rooted in modern rave, steppy percussion and hard-edged groove from Ben Techy x Luciid, a heavyweight meeting of Clouds x Tommy Holohan, bass-driven club and techno momentum from Dart x Kyle Starkey, distinct yet complementary worlds of hard-edged rhythm from DJ Gigola x Øtta, Benwal x Helena Lauwaert plus SIM0NE x SPFDJ and sets from BYORN, Emilija, I Hate Models, Nicolas Julian, Pegassi, Santøs, Alex Farell, Lola Cerise, Fumi and Will Atkinson. This collective of artists represents a broad sweep of the sounds shaping Europe’s dancefloors right now - high-velocity techno, modern rave, trance-leaning power, industrial pressure and cutting-edge club futurism.

This latest announcement builds directly on the momentum of Phase One, which introduced a razor-sharp cross-section of global techno from Detroit icon Robert Hood to the UK debut of Sara Landry’s ETERNALISM, to breakout stars such as Ben Hemsley alongside Mall Grab, Klangkuenstler, East End Dubs, Clara Cuvé, Somewhen, Patrick Mason, Anetha and more. A third lineup announcement will arrive early next year and round off the biggest Terminal V bill to date with more than 100 artists set to feature.

Alongside the artist reveal, Terminal V also confirms a landmark £1 million investment into site development and production upgrades for 2026. Following feedback, this is a transformative step designed to elevate every aspect of the festival experience. These improvements will roll out across all stages, facilities and audience areas and underpin Terminal V’s continued rise as one of Europe’s leading large-scale electronic music festivals.

The changes include every stage being fully upgraded and redesigned, new PA systems and advanced speaker setups for a radically improved sound experience and collaborations with a leading global sound partner to deliver the most precise Terminal V audio yet. There will also be a welcome return of the beloved Area V stage in its original format, plus five additional, newly developed stages for deeper immersion and scale as well as brand-new chillout zones and expanded indoor and outdoor seating.

There will also be a significantly widened food offering with options for all budgets plus vegan and dietary-friendly vendors, double the number of toilets with upgraded cleaning teams operating continuously, the return of festival lockers, large-format venue maps and improved directional signage across all major routes, twice as many digital display towers providing live schedule updates and festival announcements, a full lighting review, enhanced walkway illumination for safer movement day and night and a redesigned VIP environment with capped capacity, upgraded viewing areas, faster service points and exclusive facilities for a next-level premium experience.

The 2026 site will be fully enclosed with reinforced perimeter fencing and newly installed overhanging SteelShield barriers. This major security upgrade eradicates fence-jumping and ensures a safer, fully protected festival environment for everyone.

Consistently ranked among DJ Mag’s Best Festivals in the World, Terminal V continues to evolve at a pace matched only by the scene itself, which is why 40,000 people from all over the world travel in numbers to the festival.

With two phases now revealed and one more still to come, the 2026 edition of Terminal V is set to be very special and unlike anything anyone has ever experienced before.

Factory 93’s Skyline Festival has announced the initial artist lineup for its 2026 edition in Los Angeles from February 28 – March 1. Produced by Insomniac’s Factory 93, Skyline’s fifth anniversary will be celebrated at a new downtown home of Ace*Mission Studios, uniting world-class electronic music talent alongside local innovators in the heart of the city.

As Skyline enters its fifth edition, the festival continues to build on its foundation of connecting Los Angeles’ underground spirit with the global electronic music community. Charting its path across downtown’s landmark venues as it continues to shape the city’s dance music identity, Skyline has cultivated a culture of forward-thinking musical curation, championing breakthrough acts and visionaries redefining modern house and techno.

Returning for 2026 are the festival’s West Side, East Side, and community-driven Arts District stages (lineup for this stage TBA in the New Year), joined by a new fourth stage - the Downtown stage - to be hosted in partnership with respected underground electronic platform Resident Advisor. The Ace*Mission Studios venue will allow Skyline to debut a warehouse stage environment - mirroring the LA underground’s presence in both open-air spaces and industrial warehouse interiors.

Skyline’s East Side stage will feature globally acclaimed talent led by Spanish standout Dennis Cruz, Up The Stuss label head and tastemaker Chris Stussy, Brazilian fire starter Beltran, the LA born-and-bred Hank, and dynamic back to backs bridging rave ready sounds and groove driven house from The Blessed Madonna B2B HAAi and Toman B2B Miguelle & Tons. Higher frequency sonics will come courtesy of tech-house titan Marco Carola, breakout star Eli Brown, the relentless high energy of I Hate Models, Amsterdam sensation KI/KI, the playful and daring selections of DJ Gigola, global techno force Elli Acula, hard-hitting Polish export Joanna Kuchta, Berlin DJ and Love On The Rocks boss PARAMIDA, and the acid and trance inspired Supergloss.

Skyline’s West Side stage will welcome high intensity hard techno duo 999999999, longstanding dance music globe trotter Joseph Capriati, Polish techno vanguardist VTSS, versatile selector Quest, and can’t be missed back to backs from Adrián Mills B2B Cloudy and DJ Tennis B2B DJ Boring. Added highlights include the emotionally charged stylings of DJ Seinfeld, genre fluid architect Ahmed Spins, Tunnel Worldwide founder OZA, and rising acts fumi, ChaseWest, Dee Diggs, and Wakyin.

The Resident Advisor hosted Downtown stage will spotlight the many different eclectic and more avant-garde leaning strains of electronic music - from one of techno’s pioneering and influential figures Richie Hawtin, to the inimitable curations of Ben UFO, genre defying DJ and producer Avalon Emerson, the raw energy of MCR-T, global clubland favorite SPFDJ, and the experimental productions of Nick León and Verraco. The Downtown stage will also host back to back sets including Danny Daze B2B Ryan Elliott and Jyoty B2B Zack Fox, Germany’s beloved tINI, plus a range of emerging names like Sedef Adasï, Fundido, and Etari.

The added Downtown stage enables Skyline to expand its full experience to over ten hours of music per day and more than sixty artists, marking this its most ambitious sonic offering yet. The energy will continue long after the main stages close - with official afterparties taking place inside Ace*Mission Studios warehouse, announce & on-sale closer to the event.

In 2026, Skyline moves to the expansive Ace*Mission Studios, transforming the venue into a two-day celebration of underground sound and culture. Set along the LA River and bordering the city’s storied Arts District, Ace*Mission’s industrial character and proximity to the heart of LA’s thriving electronic scene makes it a natural new home for Skyline - one that reflects the city’s enduring connection to the underground. Originally built by the Anderson family as a beverage distribution hub, Ace*Mission Studios has been reimagined as a creative campus at the center of a burgeoning neighborhood. Long before its rebirth, this pocket of downtown served as a meeting point for LA’s underground - where music, art, and community found refuge in its network of clandestine warehouses.

Two-day GA and Stage Access festival passes will be available for purchase beginning December 5 at 12pm PT. Fans will also have an opportunity at an early jump on passes via the Skyline Community Ticket Presale beginning December 5 at 11am PT by signing up at the link here. Skyline’s Stage Access Ticket offering - offering fans on-stage access to three of the festival’s four stages - will return with an expanded experience for 2026. Stage Access Ticket holders will enjoy a private festival entrance, top-shelf bar selections, premium air-cooled restroom suites, elevated culinary offerings, a backstage lounge, and dedicated concierge service.

Skyline Festival is a 21+ event.
