Innellea Returns to TAU with Four-Part Hypolation EP

One of TAU’s core family members and an artist who they discovered and nurtured from day one, Innellea has been a central figure of the esteemed German label since its inception. Inaugurating the imprint with his Nautilus EP back in August 2018 – and with a handful of notable releases ever since – the in-demand Munich-based producer now returns to TAU with his stunning four-part Hypolation EP.

Over the last couple of years it’s been amazing to watch Innellea grow and succeed, with his music catching the attention of labels such as Innervisions, Diynamic and Afterlife. Now he’s back with TAU, delivering a neat four-track package that represents his unique, melodic approach to electronic music. The Hypolation EP is another big stride forward for this artist, who continues to impress with his production prowess.

First up is Returning Spaces, which begins with a rather sombre atmosphere, stuttered beats and rumbling bass. Hushed vocals weave an emotional narrative, while the instrumental becomes increasingly emotive, Innellea building up the tension to great effect. This one runs at just over three minutes, but it packs plenty of feeling into that time.

Next is the title track, Hypolation, which demonstrates Innellea’s ability to inject raw feeling into his dance floor compositions. Myriad layers buzz and swirl around each other, cultivating an illuminating atmosphere from the start. Within seconds you’re locked in, riding the wavelengths until you reach the dramatic breakdown. Innellea teases the main riff back in with dexterity, and we’re immersed in the second half of the cut, which maintains its adventurous spirit.

Pathological Passion could be an apt description of Innellea’s love for making music. This one has a steady beginning, leading into a solemn, melancholy melody. The emotionally-driven core gently unfurls to become all encompassing. Innellea really tells a story with this cut, switching things up around the two-minute mark, before the energy of the first half returns in abundance.

Finally, The Arrival takes us into the mystical depths of the Middle East, with Arabian rhythms and instrumentation. A euphoric, trance-esque breakdown guides us into more exotic programming. It’s warm, energising and life-affirming; a perfect demonstration of Innellea’s versatility and desire to channel a range of influences into his productions.

JERRO CONTINUES DEBUT ALBUM ROLLOUT WITH COLLABORATIVE SINGLE ‘LOST FOR WORDS’ FEAT. PANAMA

COMING HOME LP SET FOR RELEASE
ON OCTOBER 1ST

‘LOST FOR WORDS’ IS AVAILABLE
TO STREAM NOW VIA THIS NEVER HAPPENED

Returning after his latest release of ‘In The Dark’ featuring Tailor, Belgian melodic producer Jerro serves another taste of his forthcoming debut album with the next single, ‘Lost For Words’ feat. Panama. Jerro joins forces with multi-faceted singer, songwriter, and producer Panama for the second time this year as the pair delivers another euphoric collaboration. ‘Lost For Words’ is out now via This Never Happened and serves as the third single off his forthcoming debut album, Coming Home, out October 1.

Much like their previous collaboration, ‘Together,’ Jerro and Panama effortlessly fuse their individual styles to give listeners another emotive sonic experience. ‘Lost For Words’ continues the melodic, downtempo instrumentation that Jerro has become known for and aligns gracefully with the previous two singles from Jerro’s upcoming album. The latest offering is bursting with captivating melodies and Panama’s entrancing vocals, creating a hypnotizing soundscape from beginning-to-end. An impressive addition to the Coming Home album rollout, ‘Lost For Words’ continues to set the tone of what’s in store in Jerro’s debut, full-length LP.

Jerro’s masterful style of melodic house and downtempo electronic music has gained him a rapidly expanding fanbase over the past few years. The Belgian talent quickly broke out with his two EP’s ‘The Fool’ and ‘Pantheon’, gaining him millions of global streams. His swift rise led to ongoing support from tastemaker labels such as Anjunadeep and This Never Happened. Using this momentum, Jerro made his debut on Future Classic earlier this year with his last collaborative single with Panama, ‘Together,’ which directly followed his sophomore appearance on Anjunadeep for ‘Go Back Now’ with Beacon. His most recent single releases, ‘In The Dark’ and ‘Presence’ serve as the first two singles off of Jerro’s highly-anticipated upcoming debut album, Coming Home, set for release on October 1st.

Panama has become a well-known artist and collaborator throughout the course of his career, boasting millions of streams across platforms with his distinctive catalog. The Australian artist has collaborated with the likes of Hayden James, Ben Böhmer, Ta-Ku, KRANE, pluko, and more and currently commands 2 million monthly Spotify listeners. Additionally, his widely-received ‘Always’ EP on Future Classic was certified platinum last year in Australia. ‘Lost For Words’ with Jerro sees the two come together again to deliver an awe-inspiring collaboration of their signature sounds.

In addition to his impressive album rollout, Jerro has also just announced his first North American tour, slated for early 2022. The Belgian producer will showcase his new album and mesmerizing sound in many of the major US cities including Los Angeles, New York City, Las Vegas, Denver, and more. As he continues to roll out his Coming Home LP, Jerro solidifies his place in the realm of downtempo electronic music and remains an artist to watch for the remainder of 2021 and beyond.

PAGANO UNVEILS 'DEFINE THE LIGHT' REMIX EP TAKEN FROM HIS CHART-TOPPING 'INFINITE REGRESS' ALBUM

OUT NOW ON KISM RECORDINGS

One of Italy’s most impressive long-standing artists - Pagano - returns to the release radar with a series of eclectic remixes for his track ‘Define The Light’. The cut served as the first single from his chart-topping albumInfinite Regress’ which sent ripples throughout the industry following its release last month. Co-written with Brunetti, who also features on vocals, the composition is a lyrically inspiring ethereal vocal project, studied in 4 varying interpretations. The ‘Define The Light’ Remix EP is out now on all streaming platforms via Pagano’s own KISM Recordings.

Pagano leads the way with an alternative listening experience of his own ‘Define The Light’. Championing the original’s euphoric vocal elements, Pagano flirts with melodic techno, exploring a darker approach to its counterpart by stripping back the high synths to reveal a late-night rolling bassline. Pagano’s Dukat moniker is up next, transporting us back to the early 90s with his breakbeat-fuelled revision. The dance-inducing anthem is rife with energy from start to finish, radiating a high octane display of shimmering synths and mesmeric vocal chops. Cultivating a techy dub rework, Belgian native Siege (Saved / Toolroom) reimagines the cut through his own techno inspired sound palette. The refreshing take is an addictive, rave essential that builds to a trance-tinged apex. To conclude the release, listeners are treated to an extended version of the original mix, the only mix making use of the full vocals, yet carried by a Tech House groove.

Following its pre-release on Beatport, Pagano’s 11-track ‘Infinite Regress album went straight to the Top 10 of 7 of Beatport’s genre charts, hitting #1 in Techno (raw / deep), #2 in Techno (peak time), #3 in Tech House; testament to a masterfully studious and multifaceted composer. ‘Define The Light’ served as one of the LPs individual highlights, with its core foundations proving to be a creative breeding ground for these inspiring reworks to take form.
