JASON ROSS, TRIVECTA AND LAST HEROES RELEASE ANTHEMIC COLLAB “ESCAPE” WITH LILLY AHLBERG

Melodic dance headliners Jason Ross, Trivecta and Last Heroes team up for their new euphoric mainstage collab “Escape”. The track evokes nostalgia from the golden era of EDM with modern production, colorful melodic ear candy and progressive house drops with an unexpected halftime switch before the track’s finale. Lilly Ahlberg accompanies the track singing lyrics about unforgotten feelings for a past love.

Jason Ross is one of dance music’s premier acts, while simultaneously being one of the scene’s more elusive figureheads. That’s not due to any fault of his productions, but rather, purely due to his versatility. Once a mainstay on the legendary Anjunabeats and a rising star of new age trance shepherded by Above & Beyond and co, Jason quickly outgrew the boundaries of four to the floor grooves, expanding into the less finite space of broken beats and pop vocals of melodic bass. A blossoming working relationship with melodic bass propagator Seven Lions led to genre defining tracks like Higher Love and Ocean, backed up by beautiful, elongated and gently weaving trance discography featuring the likes of Cairo, Atlas, and his 2019 Anjunabeats EP Rooms. The ability to weave the emotion and hypnosis of trance into the more commercial grit of melodic bass has made Jason’s recent catalog uniquely his own. His unique multi-genre tinged approach to production shines on genre-defining tracks like Shelter, his Blanke collab One More Day, his solo single Wild Ones, and his Gryffin collab After You, among others.

Trivecta has been one of the fastest growing acts on the label and in the wider bass scene online and in the live circuit. Not only have his releases garnered support from artists like Illenium, Gryffin, Don Diablo and The Chainsmokers, but he’s collaborated with SLANDER, Seven Lions, Excision, Wooli, Kill The Noise, Jason Ross and even Scott Stapp from Creed. Just since his last album, he’s played direct support for Illenium at SoFi Stadium, Red Rocks, The Gorge, The LA Convention Center and Echostage and his first Ultra Music Festival, where he teased the new album tracks.

As the official record label of melodic dubstep leader Seven Lions, Ophelia Records is a label that promotes independent dance music across a wide range of genres. In just five years, Ophelia has become one of the hottest labels in electronic music thanks to its tight-knit community and ability to connect fans of melodic bass, dubstep, trance, psytrance, drum & bass, house and beyond. With over 200 catalog releases from acts such as SLANDER, Excision, Kill The Noise, MitiS, Jason Ross, NGHTMRE, Wooli, Trivecta, Blastoyz, Crystal Skies and Last Heroes, Ophelia has multiple #1 iTunes dance records and has been supported on the covers of mint and danceXL with additional playlisting on New Music Friday, Dance Rising, Bass Arcade and SiriusXM BPM. The label has also sold out showcases at Echostage, Avant Gardner and Red Rocks, as well as hosted festival stage takeovers at Electric Zoo, Miami Music Week, Nocturnal Wonderland and more.

CORREN CAVINI ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM ‘A PLACE TO CALL HOME’ WITH STIRRING NEW SINGLE ‘AGORAPHOBIA’

Out Now Via Purified Records

Utrecht-based producer Corren Cavini marks a new creative era with the release of Agoraphobia, the lead single from his forthcoming debut album A Place To Call Home, due October 10, 2025. Known for his emotionally-charged melodic techno and cinematic approach to arrangement, Cavini delivers a piece that is as much a tribute as it is a personal reckoning - an elegy to places that once offered safety and a meditation on the shifting meaning of "home."

Agoraphobia unfolds with patient intensity-anchored by broad, elegiac synths, tactile textures and a restrained sense of propulsion. It takes its name not only from the psychological condition, but from Pleinvrees - the iconic Dutch event series whose name translates directly to “agoraphobia.” Having held its final edition in October 2024, Pleinvrees was more than just a festival for Cavini; it was a formative space where emotional vulnerability and club culture coexisted, and where the blueprint of his sound first took shape.

This track becomes both an homage and a redefinition: not fear of the crowd, but the search for connection within it. A reimagining of the dancefloor as sanctuary. Cavini threads that sense of intimacy through every layer of Agoraphobia - making the track feel less like a single and more like a portal into the world of the full LP.

“I've had some of my most emotional moments on the dance floors of Pleinvrees and the sound of the artists I heard there has really shaped my own sound. Pleinvrees is one of many examples of a place where music can be a safe space and home for people who need it. This track pays tribute to their legacy.”Corren Cavini

As his debut long-form statement, A Place To Call Home represents a major artistic leap. It is not simply a collection of tracks - it’s a cohesive body of work, deeply rooted in narrative, place and emotional memory. Spanning cinematic ambience, finely-sculpted club rhythms and moments of near-silent introspection, the album charts a journey through the thresholds between belonging and disconnection, presence and absence, interior and exterior worlds. Built with the patience and precision of someone intent on lasting impact, the record blurs the lines between dancefloor utility and immersive listening, designed to resonate whether heard through headphones at night or through a Funktion-One at sunrise. In an era of algorithmic releases and short attention spans, A Place To Call Home is a bold commitment to the album as art form - an honest, emotionally layered work from an artist stepping fully into his voice.

With previous releases on DAYS like NIGHTS, This Never Happened, Armada Electronic Elements and Purified Records, Cavini has quietly shaped a distinctive sonic identity that has resonated across dancefloors and headphones alike. A classically trained guitarist with an ear for drama and subtlety, his work channels a lineage of artists who value storytelling as much as structure - leaning more toward introspection than ecstasy.

His recent performance at Purified Johannesburg, now available as an official livestream on YouTube, further cements his growing reputation as a live artist capable of holding emotional space within peak-time slots - bridging underground energy with cinematic weight.

Agoraphobia is not just a single - it’s a signal. Of closure. Of growth. And of what happens when an artist turns inward to find the places that once existed out there. A Place To Call Home arrives October 10.

ANDRE SOUEID BLENDS DEEP HOUSE AND LIVE VIOLIN ON ‘BREAKTHROUGH’ EP VIA SOUL PRINT!

Lebanese violinist and producer Andre Soueid serves up refined and emotionally resonant sounds on Soul Print with his ‘Breakthrough’ EP.

Soueid blends deep house with orchestral finesse and creates music that resonates far beyond the dancefloor thanks to its cinematic touch and melodic depth. Across these three tracks, Andre Soueid showcases his rare ability to craft deeply musical electronic journeys, rich in atmosphere, design, and moving melody.

His sound stands out as truly unique in the electronic scene, a one-of-a-kind artist who seamlessly fuses his classical heritage with modern electronic production, positioning him as an artist to watch and a rising force shaping the sound of today’s global music landscape.

‘Breakthrough’ opens with moody atmospheres and warm grooves, lifted by sparkling melodies and sweeping strings. It’s a deep and elegant journey. ‘Into The Light’ (Extended Mix) carries a similarly emotional tone with the grace of the strings offset by the more gritty drums and rooted, rolling bassline so it feels both intimate and expansive. ‘Into The Light’ (Intro Version) reimagines the track as an epic, emotionally moving violin overture. It strips away the percussive drive in favor of cinematic build-up, with rich, emotive string layers that unfold with intensity and grace. Less a remix, more a re-composition, it serves as both a powerful standalone piece and an orchestral prelude to the full version, showcasing Soueid’s mastery of storytelling through melody and mood.

These three tracks showcase Andre Soueid’s ability to craft deeply musical electronic journeys that are rich in atmosphere, design and moving melody.
