ELIF TEAMS UP WITH PREDEX FOR “PRAISE THE SKY” EP ON FRAU BLAU INCLUDING REMIXES FROM AE:THER & RODRIGUEZ JR!

Internationally acclaimed DJ, producer, and Marginalia label founder ELIF returns with ‘Praise The Sky’ a striking new EP co-produced with Berlin-based and fellow Turkish talent Predex on Frau Blau. Complete with standout remixes from Ae:ther and Rodriguez Jr., the release captures ELIF and Predex’s signature blend of emotional depth, melodic sophistication, and genre-blurring finesse.

Born and raised in Istanbul and now based in Barcelona, ELIF has built an unstoppable global presence with her hypnotic, storytelling sets and meticulously crafted productions following her rise with live streamed sets on Twitch via BLOND:ISH’s Abracadabra, catapulting her to over 100 shows across 5 continents. From an early love of music and a background in architecture to managing indie bands in Turkey, ELIF’s journey into electronic music has been defined by relentless passion, creative integrity, and fearless self-reinvention. Her rise has earned her support from BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong, KISS FM, Mixmag Asia, GROOVE, LA Weekly, and more, as well as a packed tour schedule at top clubs and festivals around the world.

Fuelled by a desire to uplift others, ELIF also took the next step in her career by launching her own label Marginalia back in 2023, providing a home for emerging artists around the world. “A lot of people were sending me amazing demos,” she says, “but didn’t have big profiles. I wanted to create a space where talent—not status—comes first.”

Meanwhile, collaborator Predex, formerly known as Ata Urküt, began his music career as a progressive metal and rock producer before gradually transitioning into electronic music. After several years performing in the UK across multiple genres, he returned to Turkey as the resident DJ and music director at NEU in Bursa. Now based in Berlin, Predex focuses on Melodic Techno, becoming a direction that’s already earned him international tour dates and growing support across the scene. His collaboration with ELIF marks a natural intersection of two artists with shared roots and forward-looking visions.

Adding further dimension to the release on remix duties, Rodriguez Jr. contributes a warm, analog-tinged reinterpretation with deep grooves and understated elegance. Ae:ther transforms the track into a lush, celestial journey, with each version standing on its own as a testament to the track’s emotional depth and sonic versatility.

As ELIF prepares to host her own OFF WEEK 2025 showcase in Barcelona as well as further collaborations with Predex on the horizon, “Praise The Sky” arrives as a clear signal of her ever-expanding influence. Not just as a performer and producer, but as a curator, mentor, and champion of new talent on the global stage

AEREA UNLOADS TECHNO STUNNER WITH FRESH NEW SINGLE ‘MONSTERS’

Spanish duo AEREA return with their newest single, 'Monsters', a vocal-led techno heater that hits hard and doesn't flinch. Out today on Virgin Records, the track shines yet another spotlight on AEREA as one of the genre's premiere production outfits, walking the line between full-throttle energy and melodic detail. Heavy on the floor and sharp in the ear, 'Monsters' lands now on streaming platforms worldwide.

Never afraid to stress-test their sound, AEREA’s new single is the rare techno track that stomps as hard as the genre demands, but still dares to feel something. Clocking in at a searing 150+ BPM, 'Monsters' leans into the chaos with a heavy low-end and a vocal performance that cuts straight through the noise. Gritty, melodic, and almost too raw to be catchy, the single offers a sharp and inspired take on the hard sounds currently driving the scene.

Discussing the release, AEREA remarks: “Through a fast-paced rhythm, ‘Monsters’ feels like a ray of light slipping through a fracture in the darkness. The frantic percussion symbolizes the weight of fear, while the melodies and the raw, torn voice evoke the release that comes with love. There’s no room left for ‘Monsters’.”

‘Monsters’ is only the next step in AEREA’s ever-evolving sound, which continues to grow in step with their live show: a hybrid performance that weaves their own live vocals into the duo's techno, trance, and hardgroove foundations. With upcoming sets at Sonar Festival in Barcelona and confirmed for a few BCCO events around the world. AEREA are coming in hot and they’re not coming alone. The 'Monsters' are packed, and they don't travel light.

‘Monsters’ is out now via Virgin Records.

Through their boundless textures and harmonies, the Spanish duo AEREA has emergedin the techno circuit as a fresh and vibrant musical dimension, one that has remainedlargely unexplored in this scene until now.

Their eclectic style blends elements from various genres — such as Trance, Hardgroove, and Schranz, among others — striking the perfect balance between club-driven energyand an intense emotional journey. Their LIVE performance elevates this concept evenfurther, blending their signature melodies with live vocals in both Spanish and English, turning every show into a whole experience.

AEREA’s sound is in constant evolution, incorporating increasingly dynamic rhythmsthat align with the global scene without losing its genuine depth. It’s the perfect fusionof raw dancefloor intensity and the melodic sensitivity that defines them. Thanks to thisseamless understanding of music and their unique approach to merging differentfacets of Techno, AEREA has already taken off, performing at major festivals such asThe Town (Brazil), Gate 13 Festival (Portugal), Dreambeach (Spain), A Summer Story (Spain) andMedusa (Spain), as well as renowned clubs across Europe, including E1 London, Hi Ibiza and FabrikMadrid, among others.

CAPTAIN BASS AND EKSMAN UNLEASH THROTTLING NEW SINGLE “DANGER” VIA INVICTA AUDIO!

After a jubilant string of 2025 releases across Europe including ‘Never Ever’ and ‘Back With It’, Belgium based Drum and Bass renegage Captain Bass returns, this time teaming up with the legendary MC Eksman for their brand-new single, ‘Danger’ dropping June 20th via label Invicta Audio.

Known for his razor-sharp sound design and heavy stage presence, Captain Bass has rapidly established himself as one of the most exciting upcomers in drum and bass. Bursting onto the scene through the jump-up movement, he’s since expanded into dance-floor drum and bass and dubstep, working with some of the genre’s biggest names including Hedex, Turno and Phantasy.

His catalogue boasts rave-ready anthems like ‘Jump Up’ with Primate & MC Skywalker, ‘Statement’ (DNB Allstars), and ‘Don’t Let Me Go’ (Crucast) alongside Amplify. With support from BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM, and a growing global fanbase, Captain Bass has become a must-watch act on the live circuit.

This year alone Captain Bass is set to light up massive stages including Tomorrowland, Rampage Open Air, Bassfest, DNB Allstars Festival at London’s Gunnersbury Park and many more. He’s also locked in to perform a memorable set at Motion in Bristol for Worried About Henry’s final ever event at the iconic venue before it closes its doors.

Invicta Audio and DNB Collective will be celebrating ‘Danger’ with a pop-up release party, also on June 20th at Birmingham’s Lab 11. The result of this collaboration with Eksman is a high-voltage, no-prisoners drum and bass weapon set to tear apart clubs and festivals across summer - and this party will prove just that.

With international tours in full swing and more heavyweight releases on the horizon, Captain Bass is proving that his journey is only just beginning.
