REBŪKE AND DEADMAU5 UNITE ON NEW SINGLE ‘ENDLESS’ FEATURING ED GRAVES

‘ENDLESS’ IS THE FIRST SINGLE FROM REBŪKE’S DEBUT STUDIO ALBUM ‘THE WORLD OF ERA’, SET FOR RELEASE THIS SPRING

According to electronic musician Rebūke, ERA is a place for people to lose themselves in a realm of sound and vision within a captivating sense of futurism. For his first single of 2025, and to launch the campaign leading into his debut studio album The World of ERA (set for release later this spring), Rebūke is teaming with internationally renowned artist deadmau5 for “Endless” featuring Ed Graves. The single is officially out today (January 31), landing on Rebūke's very own label, ERA.

Written with Dutch songwriter Melissa De Kleine (John Summit, Nicky Romero, Sander van Doorn), “Endless” showcases a haunting vocal from Billboard charting producer, songwriter, artist and instrumentalist Ed Graves.  “These endless nights / The distant lights / A silent sign / Are we lost in the endless?” croons Graves over Rebūke and deadmau5’ soaring production.

Discussing the new single, Rebūke comments, "Endless’ felt like the perfect track to launch the album - a full-circle moment and a collaboration with deadmau5, who has been a constant source of inspiration throughout my musical journey. I feel like the song strikes the balance between both Rebūke and deadmau5 sound. The track originally was an instrumental, but after a last-minute conversation with songwriter Melissa De Kleine and Ed Graves, and with less than 12 hours notice, they rushed to the studio and delivered an incredible vocal that brought the track to life."

As a multi-layered artist who emphasizes visuals as an extension of his art alongside his music, the creative for “Endless” as seen in its visualizer shows a day in the life of a girl living in Era, as she travels to a nightclub. Four key scenes are depicted– the first is in an alleyway, then outside the nightclub before the third is the stairway, where suspense is built and then finally she enters the nightclub and a transcendence occurs.

The release of “Endless” follows a busy 2024 for Rebūke who is Ireland’s Reuben Keeney. In addition to ample studio time working on The World of ERA, Rebūke made his Coachella festival debut, appeared as support as a b2b with Chris Avantgarde at Anyma’s groundbreaking ‘The End of Genesys’ Sphere residency in Las Vegas (while Anyma performed their collaboration “Syren” among other material as highlights in his set), and wowed fans internationally with marquee sets at Sziget, Amsterdam Dance Event and in Ibiza.  He also released several high profile singles and remixes including his own “JUNO” (which will appear on The World of ERA) and a remix of deadmau5 classic “Not Exactly,”  while his 2018 break-out track “Along Came Polly” made charts again courtesy of a remix by Konstantin Sibold, ZAC, CARMEE Remix.

Rebūke is a standout star. A breakout act forged in the white-hot atmosphere of the Irish underground music scene. An artist constantly searching for something new and exciting who’s captured that elusive thing – a sound and a style... all his own. ERA is Rebūke’s brand new world. A place for people to lose themselves in a realm of sound and vision. The double header "Glow / Void" – is an introduction to ERA's universe, where Rebūke has created a captivating sense of futurism. Carefully crafted pieces of music accompanied by a visual narrative, allowing people to experience Rebūke’s ERA vision and storytelling in full and create something truly remarkable. All of this has been built on a rock-solid discography on some of the most sought-after labels of the last decade. His Afterlife collaboration with Anyma “Syren” is a magnificent piece of forward thinking melodic techno and has already become one of the most requested tracks of 2023. “Along Came Polly”’ was a game changing track that sounded like nothing else at the time. It rocketed to the top of the Beatport charts, staying there for two months. It was chosen as the Essential New Tune by Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1 and instantly established Rebuke’s reputation for creative sound design. On the remix front his magic touch has been applied to a who’s who of underground music including Underworld, Tiga, Kölsch, Chris Lake, Kevin Saunderson, Green Velvet, Max Cooper among others.

DRKMODE EXPLORES DUALITY OF LIFE AND DEATH WITH DARK, CINEMATIC DRUM N BASS SINGLE "DEMETER" ON HEAVEN SENT

The Denver-based producer returns to SLANDER’s label with a commanding drum & bass single.

Denver-based producer DRKMODE has been paving his path in the bass scene with a blend of his metalcore roots and love for drum & bass. Marking his return to SLANDER’s Heaven Sent label is his sophomore single “Demeter.” The track derives from his fascination with Greek mythology, this time symbolizing the mother of earth and the duality between life and death. The track follows his label debut “Hypnos,” which arrived in December.

“Demeter” is a multi-dimensional single built around opposing forces. The opening is ethereal and cinematic as dark pads drift under pitched-up vocal bends and dynamic drums. The intensity builds the anticipation ahead of an epic battle before crescendoing into a rip-roaring DnB onslaught. The fluttering vocals inject a saccharine counterpoint to the gritty bass and razor-sharp percussion, ultimately finding a captivating dynamic balance. The break grants the vocal chops some space to evolve before capping off “Demeter” with an electrifying finale that brings the intensity to new heights.

DRKMODE opens up about the conceptual inspiration for the release, saying, “In Greek mythology, ‘Demeter’ is known as the mother of the Earth. I wanted to write a track that felt like an anthem for the underworld—something that portrayed Demeter and Persephone’s chaotic reign over life and death in musical form.”

DRKMODE is a Denver-based producer carving his own lane in the bass space, combining his love for metal-core with drum & bass, dubstep, melodic bass, and more. Known for contrasting gritty basslines and ethereal vocal vocals, he has released a handful of impressive tracks in the last year, including collaborations with notable artists such as HGHLND, Tensteps, and RONNIEE. His music has garnered support from notable tastemakers including Pendulum, Bring Me The Horizon, EATBRAIN, AllTime Radio, and Impulse Drum & Bass Nation.

“Demeter” intertwines light and dark with masterful storytelling and brutish bass, making for an inescapable sonic experience.
