Kaskade, born Ryan Raddon, has solidified his place as one of the most influential figures in electronic music. An eight-time GRAMMY Award nominee, his accolades include a nomination as part of Kx5, his collaboration with fellow producer deadmau5.
In April 2026, Kaskade debuted his new live concept Origin // at Coachella, delivering one of the festival’s most talked-about performances. The set marked a defining creative moment - featuring the debut of nine new songs, a rare move at that scale, alongside his most ambitious production yet. The performance also served as the live announcement of his forthcoming album, signaling a new chapter that bridges the emotional depth of his recent work with a forward-facing, large-scale vision.
In December 2025, Kaskade released undux, his most personal album to date, marking a return to introspective songwriting and emotional storytelling. The project re-centered his artistic identity and laid the groundwork for his current evolution.
Kaskade’s legacy continued its upward trajectory in 2023 when he and deadmau5 graced the cover of Billboard and headlined SXSW. Their groundbreaking show at the LA Memorial Coliseum in 2022 set a record for the largest single-day concert headlined by an electronic artist in North America, according to Pollstar, with Billboard also naming it the biggest ticketed global headliner dance event of that year.
In 2024, Kaskade expanded his presence across major global platforms. In February, he made history as the first-ever in-game DJ at the Super Bowl, performing in front of over 123.4 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. In March, he was named Best Male Artist of the Year at the iHeartRadio EDM Awards, while Kx5 took home Best New Group. In May, he became the first-ever starting grid DJ at a Formula 1 race in Miami.
His momentum in the sports and live event space continued throughout 2024 with performances at the X Games in Ventura, a post-Phillies game set in July, and a LIV Golf tournament. He also made surprise appearances at Coachella, joining John Summit and Alison Wonderland in 2024, and completed a 3-hour back-to-back set with Idris Elba in 2025.
Kaskade’s fanbase is nothing short of evangelical, driven by his ability to evolve while maintaining a deeply emotional core. Across decades of output, he has consistently redefined the boundaries of dance music, earning recognition as one of the genre’s original curve-benders. Layton Giordani continues to reign as a trailblazer and now label boss of MADMINDS in the house and techno world, solidifying his presence at the forefront of the global scene. A New York native, Giordani’s journey into electronic music began in his teens, inspired by the legendary sets of Danny Tenaglia at Pacha NY. This profound experience drove him to pursue a career behind the decks, eventually securing a pivotal residency at Output NY in Brooklyn. Here, Giordani's talent flourished, catching the eyes of notable figures in the techno scene.
Giordani’s big break came under the mentorship of Adam Beyer, the techno heavyweight behind the Drumcode label. With Beyer’s support, Layton’s debut ‘Unspoken’ EP on Truesoul, followed quickly by his debut on Drumcode with Rivington, marked his arrival as a rising force in the techno scene. His 2017 debut album ‘Where It Begins’ earned widespread acclaim, cementing his status as a significant player.
The years that followed were marked by monumental collaborations and career-developing hits, including ‘Live Again’ with Danny Tenaglia and ‘Space Date’ with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet–the latter accumulating over 19 million streams on Spotify and reaching anthem status. Giordani's 2020 sophomore album ‘New Generation' was a bold step forward, blending influences from various genres while expanding the boundaries of his own sound.
His versatility continued to shine in subsequent years with releases including the ‘Hyperworld’ EP, an energetic collaboration with HI-LO on ‘Rabbit Hole,’ and a collaborative remix of ‘Voicemail’ with Green Velvet and Patrick Topping. These tracks not only gained widespread acclaim but also showcased his ability to reshape and reimagine tracks for a new era.
In 2024, Giordani released 10 massive tracks, including his remix of ‘Last Night’ with Anyma which rocketed to #1 overall on Beatport and surpassed 100,000 daily streams on Spotify at its peak. Prior to this, ‘PATT (Party All The Time)’ with Adam Beyer and Green Velvet also topped the charts. Other notable releases from the year include ‘Paranoid’, Giordani’s debut on the Experts Only label, his remix of Dom Dolla’s ‘girl$’, and first official remix of deadmau5’s ‘Strobe.’
Coming into 2025, Giordani has become one of the most influential names in the house and techno scene, rocketing into the year with ‘Act of God’ (nearing 3MM streams), and followed up by a monster remix of John Summit’s ‘Focus’—and ‘At Night’ with Anyma, passing the 3MM stream mark just shy of two months post-release. Giordani’s tracks receive consistent support across global radio stations, including heavy rotations from Pete Tong on BBC Radio 1, Mista Jam on Capital, KISS, and Diplo’s Revolution XM radio.
Fresh off a series of sold-out shows and high-profile festival plays—including headlining gigs in NYC and Space Miami, the Yuma Tent at Coachella, and closing sets at EDC Las Vegas and elrow UNVRS Ibiza—Giordani enters his 3-continent fall tour and new era as label boss full of momentum, further cementing his place among the genre's elite.
