DREAMSTATE RECORDS PRESENTS THE FOURTH INSTALLMENT OF ITS ONGOING 'CONVERGENCE' COMPILATION SERIES

Dreamstate Records presents burgeoning talent in the trance music world with its fourth 'Convergence' installment.

Dreamstate Records is unveiling the fourth installment of its ‘Convergence’ compilation EP, a four-track offering featuring exclusive singles from Judge Jules, Sean Tyas, Jordan Suckley, and Harshil Kamdar.

Since getting off the ground last summer, ‘Convergence’ has positioned itself as an international dock for trance music heavyweights and rising talent alike. Focusing on the intersection where the various subgenres of trance connect, the ongoing series is a launching pad for uplifting, progressive, tech, psy, vocal, and genre-blending styles. Volume 4 is exceptionally star-studded with four monolithic names from the scene.

Seasoned producer Judge Jules returns to the label with “I Lost Myself.” Hurling into a profound sense of self-discovery, the track revolves around succinct spoken word vocal loops that echo out over an uplifting trance drive.

Says Judge Jules about the meaning of the track, “Whether they choose to admit it, all musicians (and artists of any description) have moments or periods of self-doubt. “I lost myself… and found myself” briefly encapsulates how this applies to me. Mine was a journey of making a musical statement in my 20s and 30s and then slowly going through the process of musical rediscovery later in my career.”

Switzerland-based producer Sean Tyas delivers the latest single from his techno-powered alias abstrkt. A dark and propulsive peak-time weapon, the track is fueled by chugging drums, menacing rave stabs, and a heavy dose of acid licks.

Sean Tyas discusses the evolution of his techno project, saying, “Ive been developing the sound of my abstrkt moniker for a short while and it continues to get increasing traction with the dancefloors. This time I wanted a jaw-dropping acid line to take it out of the 2nd break and had my very own daughter Mirella step up to do some nice vocal trappings to give the track some character.”

UK veteran Jordan Suckley kicks off the latter half with an absolute bomb. “Looking Good” is a rave-ready tech trance tool equipped with pounding drums, wailing synth leads and psy-infused basslines.

Jordan Suckley describes the sonic direction he took with the track, saying, “Peak time tech trance, with catchy vocals and sound design!”

Closing out the compilation comes a fast-rising producer from New Jersey, the young and talented Harshil Kamdar. His offering “GAIA Momento” is an epic melodic trance track fusing uplifting melodies with a tech twist.

Harshil Kamdar shares his excitement about sharing the track with new audiences: “Can't wait to debut this at Dreamstate SoCal this year!”

Volume 4 of the ‘Convergence’ compilation EP epitomizes the essence of Dreamstate Records: a celebration of trance music's past, present, and future.
