DISCRETE TEAMS UP WITH AVI SNOW AND NO/ME TO DELIVER A RHYTHMIC AFRO HOUSE SINGLE, "WEEKEND," VIA STNS

The three stunning talents make their debut on STNS with a spectacular afro house-leaning single.

Stockholm-based producer Discrete is teaming up with multi-instrumentalist and producer Avi Snow and indie singer-songwriter No/Me for their new triple-pronged collab "Weekend," releasing June 7th under STNS.

The track is a riveting afro house single centered around No/Me's vulnerable, forlorn topline about letting down your walls for someone who won't commit. Her lofty vocals ruminate on the bitter truth, while somber piano chords, ethereal pads, haunting vox harmonies and a web of suspenseful percussion drive the point home.

Reflecting on the personal significance of the track, Discrete shares: “Me, Avi Snow and No/Me wrote ‘Weekend’ back in Avi's house in LA one evening and just vibed out. It was one of those songs that just came straight from the heart. We felt the need to express ourselves in our music more than ‘making a good song,’ which, in hindsight, has been a mantra for me after making this song, as it feels so special to me.”
