DEAD X RETURNS TO BASSCON RECORDS ALONGSIDE LEVENKHAN TO RELEASE EXPLOSIVE UPTEMPO TRACK, "PLAYER H8RS"

Hard dance powerhouses Dead X and Levenkhan combine their talents on their new collab “Player H8rs,” storming in as the latest single from the Basscon Records label.

LA-based producer Dead X is teaming up with Amsterdam-based Levenkhan for their newest hard dance single, “Player H8rs,” releasing via Basscon Records on April 26th. Explosive and aggressive, "Player H8rs" is an uptempo single backed by a ruthless pitched-up vocal that asserts its dominance over brutish hardcore kicks, uptempto leads, sinister melodies, and an uptempo switch-up finishing with pulverizing force. The track starts at 160 bpm and builds to 190 bpm, presenting a driving sonic onslaught that combines Levenkhan’s Punk-Frenchcore and Uptempo finesse with Dead X’s punk-rawstyle roots.

Amsterdam-based Levenkhan is an American artist pushing the sounds of uptempto and Frenchcore. Levenkhan has released collabs alongside Mr. Ivex, Rooler, Sickmode, Rayvolt, and Yosuf. He has an upcoming show at Brooklyn Monarch as support for Radical Redemption and DJ Isaac.

Dead X is a Stateside producer referred to in the community as “The All American Boy,” and the fast-rising patriot is on a mission to bring punk rock into hardstyle. Dead X has previously released on the label with tracks “Sailor Man” and “Voyage” alongside Yosuf, the latter of which has amassed over 976.1k streams.

Dead X explains the origins of the track, saying, “Levenkahn and I ran into each other at the Basscon Pool Party in May of 2023 and decided to collab. I went back to the Airbnb and wrote the melody for this track that same afternoon. Busy schedules prevailed and the track sat waiting for the better part of 9 months until we came back together to finish it. Once Levenkahn put his touch on things, magic happened and here we are.”

With Dead X and Levenkhan both bringing the intensity in equal measures, “Player H8rs” takes its place as an emphatic display of their unstoppable rise to the top.
