Bass Canyon, Excision's flagship Pacific Northwest festival, has announced its return to The Gorge Amphitheatre for its milestone 7th edition, taking place August 15-17, 2025. In an unprecedented early announcement, the bass music visionary is giving fans more time than ever to prepare for their annual pilgrimage to one of North America's most stunning venue destinations.
Tickets for Bass Canyon 2025 will is on sale now, marking the earliest on-sale date in the festival's history. Alongside the early announcement, Bass Canyon is introducing several enhancements to improve the festival experience. The festival debuts its most accessible payment structure to date with a new 10-part payment plan, with orders under $2,000 requiring just a $50 deposit. Transportation options are also expanding, with a new Portland shuttle route joining the two existing Seattle pickup locations to make the journey to The Gorge more convenient than ever. Additional upgrades span both general admission and VIP offerings, from complimentary showers for all campers to elevated VIP areas and amenities. These expanded offerings reflect the festival's ongoing commitment to enhancing the legendary Bass Canyon experience for its dedicated community.
Returning to its breathtaking home at The Gorge Amphitheatre, Bass Canyon continues to reign as the largest bass music festival in the Pacific Northwest. Bass Canyon is Excision's premier bass music festival held annually at The Gorge Amphitheatre in Washington state. Hailing from Kelowna, British Columbia, Excision has spent the majority of his career being a leader and innovator in the bass music scene, helping to create a passionate dubstep community. Within the last decade, Excision has launched multiple large-scale festival productions that over 100,000 dedicated fans call “home” year after year. Excision’s prehistoric themed dinosaur festival Lost Lands will celebrate its eighth year in 2025, while Bass Canyon, a dubstep haven nestled along the scenic Gorge Amphitheatre will see its seventh. With over a decade of experience, Excision has established a well-respected bass mecca. His discography spans five full-length studio albums, five EPs, over 30 singles, and 15 fan-favorite mixes, all of which have collectively amassed over 100 million streams. Excision launched the record label Subsidia in September 2020. With over 400 tracks released in its first year alone, it’s become a magnificent digital community uniting Headbangers from all over the world. The label aims to celebrate the diversity of the bass genre and become a platform for emerging Bass artists.
