Fresh off the heels of her Coachella debut, electro-soul producer Maddy O’Neal is continuing her reign as one of the most exciting artists in electronic music. Over the past seven years, she’s toured and collaborated with artists such as Pretty Lights, CloZee, Big Gigantic, and The Floozies and played shows across the country. In the process, she’s cultivated a fervent fanbase endeared by her versatile fusion of glistening, melodic electro-soul with funky grooves and pulsating, synth-heavy basslines.

Now, following the release of O’Neal’s critically acclaimed 2022 sophomore album Ricochet, the soulful bass queen is returning with new single “Here’s To You” - her debut collaboration with fellow Denver-based DJ/producer UnderLux. Bouncy, groovy, and filled to the brim with dance music swagger, “Here’s To You” is a funky, bass-fueled banger that’s sure to get fans nodding their heads.
As long-time friends, O’Neal and UnderLux display an effortless creative partnership heard in the track’s seamless execution. UnderLux - who is known for his diverse style spanning genres such as dubstep, funk, trap, and drum n’ bass - melds into O’Neal’s playful, vibrant production sensibility. And, after four rewrites, the two producers were ultimately able to create the perfect summer track.

“Here’s To You” kicks off with ethereal, futuristic synth pads and melodies before bringing in atmospheric vocal chops and brass orchestral samples. The track then drops into its central section replete with infectious electro synth lines, heart-stopping bass wubs, and dancefloor-igniting drums.
