Speaking about her debut release, Merow explained her creative process: "This year, I played at Tomorrowland for the first time ever, and right after my gig, I was incredibly inspired by the electric atmosphere and energy of the festival. The very next day, I decided to channel that inspiration into creating something new, and 'Kick It To The Drum' was born. I aimed to craft a drop that would capture people's attention with its uplifting melodies and powerful bass hits, ensuring that when it's played live, it'll induce some serious bassface."
