Blanke kicks off 2022 returning to Ophelia with his heartfelt track "Stuck On You". Bringing her raw songwriting experience to the table, Donna Tella delivers a longing love song with hooky lyrics that combine with Blanke's powerfully, euphoric drops and melodies. The track is the first off newly announced 7 track EP ‘Land Of The Wayfarer’, his debut EP on the label. The project follows last year’s run of singles and huge collabs including “One More Day” with Jason Ross, his explosive solo track “Boom” and “Wild & Broken” with Seven Lions and Trivecta.
In just 3 years, JP Orchison has taken the Blanke project from his native Australia to the World. Named Break Out Artist on Subreddit R/EDM’s best of 2019 & inking a deal with United Talent Agency, Blanke (in his first year of North American Touring) was booked to play on festivals like Paradiso, Global Dance, Hard Summer, Dancefestopia & EDC Las Vegas, was a regular on lineups for Brands like Deadbeats and Brownies & Lemonade and was selected as a support act for Illenium’s massive ‘Ascend’ Arena Tour in mid-late 2019 before kicking off 2020 with a 40+ date tour across North America as main support for Black Tiger Sex Machine.
Blanke showed no signs of slowing down throughout the lockdown. Official Remixes landed for Slander, Seven Lions and Zeds Dead & Subtronics & his single ‘Alchemy’ hit the #1 most played position on triple j Radio. In January this year he was named to EDM.com’s Class of 2021, and was one of the first acts to announce a post lockdown National tour in his native Australia. Returning to North America in July 2021, Blanke has just announced a string of dates including EDC Las Vegas, Lost Lands, Electric Zoo New York, Ophelia’s Pantheon Tour and main support for Sullivan King’s Loud and Reckless Tour.
Donna Tella is the EDM alias for singer/songwriter Alexis Donn. After a debilitating nervous system condition (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome) suddenly took Alexis from being a division one track athlete to barely walking, she promised herself if she could beat the odds and return to running, she could do anything - including achieving her quietly kept musical dreams. Now four years into remission, Donn has spent two of those years penning and featuring on songs for some of the biggest EDM acts in the world (Tiesto, Excision, Culture Code) - amassing millions of streams and a string of video game placements - and is now ready to introduce her solo singer/songwriter project. Her delicate voice, self-deprecating tendencies, and ability to pull your soul into the story she’s telling make you feel like you’re there in the room writing with her at two in the morning. With a raw authenticity and perspective that Donn credits to the post-traumatic effects from her illness, her artistry is aimed to help her listeners heal, feel seen, and remind them they aren’t alone.
