SPACE 92 PREPARES FOR TAKEOFF WITH LAUNCH OF DEBUT RECORD LABEL

Trailblazing French producer and one of techno’s top-selling artists, Space 92 announces the launch of his brand-new record label, TAKEOFF. Taking the helm for the first release, the label boss works his magic with ‘Offbeat’, setting the tone for a fresh era of bold, cutting-edge techno.  

Blending pulsating, trance-infused beats with swaggering rap vocals, with the ‘Offbeat’ EP Space 92 delivers a sound that’s as hypnotic as it is dancefloor-ready. The track highlights Space 92’s signature production style – distorted percussion, trancey rhythms, and touches of acid – wrapped in an infectious groove.

For Space 92, launching TAKEOFF represents a milestone in an already illustrious career. One of techno’s most influential artists, the pioneering Frenchman has held the phenomenal achievement of being the best-selling Techno Peak Time artist since 2020 as well as adding a string of Beatport Number Ones to his name. With his music dominating the scene, the launch of his debut label will see Space 92 continue to shape the future of the techno music landscape.

Known for his unique sound – a fusion of trancey techno, acid influences, and 80s sci-fi nostalgia – Space 92 has been a staple on the world stage, played by the genre’s greatest. Standout releases like ‘Planet X’, ‘The Door’, and ‘Gravity’ have cemented his reputation as a chart-topping powerhouse, while collaborations with artists such as Popof (as one half of ground-breaking hybrid/live act Turbulences), Reinier Zonneveld, Hi-Lo and Hardwell see him consistently pushing the boundaries of modern techno.

Offbeat EP will be available on 21st February exclusively via Beatport and Spotify for two weeks, and all other streaming platforms from 7th March. 

HAUMS TEASES UPCOMING ALBUM WITH NEW SINGLE ‘AWAKE ME’ VIA HIS QUANTUM FEELS LABEL!

HAUMS teases his upcoming album ‘Squaring The Circle’ on Quantum Feels with new single 'Awake Me,' which is rooted in the question “What if life isn’t a problem to be solved but a reality to be experienced?”

American born and bred DJ-producer HAUMS is an artist who looks to stimulate thought, arousing feelings and trigger movement in his music. He releases on labels like Harabe and UV Noir and has had numerous Top 100 Beatport tracks over the course of his career.

Elsewhere, he has had support from the likes of Vintage Culture, Nora En Pure and Tiësto  and his music encapsulates his beliefs in the power of art to manifest dreams, creating a sonic journey that allows listeners to tap into elevated emotional states associated with their future aspirations.

The new album will explore the question of how to live infinitely in a finite world and is his blueprint to finding the human within the divine. With this first single from the project ‘Awake Me’ seeks to capture the raw, chaotic energy of a pivotal moment of awareness and explains that the "opening drop" is meant to feel like an awakening. The last drop " I want to show you. This is your life" then drops into chaos, demonstrating his chaotic life. 

Sonically, 'Awake Me' is an escapist blend of progressive and melodic house sounds with smooth, captivating drums. Soaring vocals up top add an angelic twist next to the bright, cinematic synth work. 

The new single marks a glimpse of HAUMS and an album project that is sure to encourage listeners to reach a higher consciousness.

KARTELL UNVEILS DELUXE EDITION OF EVERYTHING IS HERE

WITH FIVE SELFMADE CLUB-READY REMIXES

French producer and DJ, Kartell is set to electrify the dancefloor once again with the release of the deluxe edition of his debut album EVERYTHING IS HERE, today, on February 21st, featuring five self-remixed tracks that reimagine the original album’s sonic journey through the lens of nightlife. Out now via Roche Musique.

“This deluxe is the nightlife extension of the album. This is my first time remixing my own tracks, a B-side of auto-remixes that leans into my eternal love for club music, truly coexisting within the world created on the album. Sci-fi meeting house music,” says Kartell.

Kartell has become a pro in blending his sounds with soulful grooves, with his remixes aiming to transform the dancefloor into a space where nostalgia and melancholy meet adrenaline and rush energy, what is expected on a night out. “My aim here is to bring the sonic odyssey initiated on the album to real-life moments in the clubs. The vocals from Kurtis Wells, Poté, The Code, and Tkay Maidza were waiting for their club versions,” he adds.

For the deluxe version, Kartell remixed the following five tracks:

• MARS feat. Kurtis Wells (KARTELL LAST SHUTTLE REMIX)
  A spacey, immersive journey reminiscent of the final moments before takeoff, highlighting Wells’ haunting vocals.

• SUNSEEKER feat. The Code (KARTELL REMIX)
  A sun-drenched, groove-laden track blending The Code’s smooth melodies with irresistible beats.
