GERMAN HARD TECHNO LUMINARY CARV RELEASES ‘UNLEASH THE BEAST’ EP ON REVISED RECORDS

Out now, the two-track offering is accompanied by the announcement of CARV’s upcoming thirteen-date world tour, taking on headline stops in South America, Europe and the USA over December 2024 and January 2025.

Following an impressive run of Beatport chart-topping releases on leading labels including Verknipt Records, Trouble Maker Records, TELETECH, NineTimesNine and his very own Masked Rules imprint over the course of 2024, pioneering German techno producer, DJ and Masked Rules label boss CARV now looks to continue his emphatic run of form into the back end of the year with the release of his incredible new two-track EP ‘Unleash The Beast’.

Out now via leading Dutch hard techno imprint Revised Records, the highly anticipated two-track EP is also accompanied by the announcement of CARV’s biggest global tour to date, which will see the esteemed German artist bring his uncompromising hard techno sounds to some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals over December 2024 and January 2025.

The EP’s title track, ‘Unleash The Beast’, is a testament to CARV’s raw creativity and mastery of the hard techno genre. Featuring his signature pounding basslines and adrenaline-fueled energy, the track encapsulates the blistering intensity for which CARV has become so famed over the past two years. On the flip, the EP’s closer ‘Stop Talking’ continues to showcase CARV’s powerful soundscape with gritty, driving beats and his unique blend of technical precision and emotional depth. Together, these tracks reinforce CARV’s position as one of the most innovative producers in the hard techno scene today.

The release of ‘Unleash The Beast’ EP coincides with the imminent launch of CARV’s upcoming international tour, which features an incredible thirteen stops across South America, Europe and North America over the next two months. His biggest world tour to date, fans can expect the full CARV experience: relentless, high-octane sets combined with his enigmatic stage presence, highlighted by his iconic golden mask.

GIORGIA ANGIULI DEBUTS ON DREAMSTATE RECORDS WITH A SPIRITUAL PSYTRANCE SINGLE, "RAMA (FEAT. SHANTI PEOPLE)"

Giorgia Angiuli is making her debut appearance on Dreamstate Records with her latest single, “RAMA,” featuring Shanti People, releasing on November 8th.

“RAMA” is a spiritual experience guided by whispered chants, thumping psy

basslines, volatile lysergic licks, ethereal melodies, and dizzying vox. The track is a powerful exploration of sound and spirit, weaving together Angiuli’s unique sound with Shanti People’s signature fusion of Vedic mantras with modern

psytrance and techno elements.

Originally from Pulgia but now operating out of Florence, Giorgia Angiuli is a

classically-trained musician, composer, and multi-instrumentalist who has been blending elements of psytrance, techno, house and pop into a one-of-a-kind

project. Over the years, she has collaborated with celebrated artists such as

Rodriguez Jr., Dantiez Saunderson, Teenage Mutants, and CIOZ. Her remix work has garnered attention from prominent acts like Pan-Pot, Henry Saiz, Sultan + Shepard, and Quivver.

Giorgia Angiuli has performed at some of the world's most iconic venues,

bringing her innovative live shows to audiences at Amnesia Ibiza, E1 London, Fabric, M2 Miami, Halcyon SF, Tunnel Club Milano, Exchange LA, Club Space Miami, Techno Brooklyn, and Brooklyn Mirage.

Shanti People, a Ukrainian project, blends ancient mantras with contemporary psytrance and techno. Known for captivating performances, they’ve played at major festivals like Ozora, Sunburn, and Ikarus, bringing their vibrant energy and deep, spiritual music to audiences worldwide. Shanti People have

collaborated with a wide range of notable artists, including Vini Vici, Mandragora, Droplex, Blazy & Gottinari, Sajanka, Billx, Henrique Camacho, Skazi & Pondora, RAZ, Asher Swissa, Stryker & Eddie Bitar, Reality Test,

and Dudiiish.

ELECTRONIC HEAVYWEIGHT SASHA CARASSI REMIXES HARRY KAZE’S ‘ON MY LIPS’ SINGLE

Prolific producer and DJ Sasha Carassi is set to share a remix of French artist Harry Kaze’s track ‘On My Lips’ on November 15th, 2024 through Adam Beyer’s imprint Truesoul/Drumcode Records. At the helm of the electronic music scene for decades, the Italian stalwart has created an expansive and impactful career since stepping onto the scene at just 15-years-old. Carassi has released music on Drumcode, Diynamic, Bedrock and Renaissance to name just a few. In 2009 he founded the imprint Phobiq, which was hailed as one of the most revered Techno labels at the time. He recently parted ways with Phobiq and established his new label ILINX, which perfectly encapsulates his views on music. Last year, Sasha toured the US and Canada, played at Zamna Festival in Mexico, Amnesia in Ibiza, Kappa FuturFestival in Italy, as well as his own party OWN at Umoya Natural Experience in Italy. 

Based in Napoli, Sasha began his musical journey as a DJ in the '90s and became a prominent producer after his debut album in 2002. Influenced by House and Breakbeat, he ventured into the darker side of Techno but now embraces a more diverse sound, finding fulfillment in blending various influences. Highly respected in the electronic music industry, Sasha is admired for his work ethic, skills, and willingness to take risks with his artistry. Sasha loves listening to a wide variety of genres and draws inspiration from a lot of different things, from Burial to Daft Punk, David Bowie and Aphex Twin. His latest offering is sure to ensnare listeners of Röyksopp, Depeche Mode and Soft Cell.

Harry Kaze is an emerging 26-year-old French DJ and music producer whose tracks ignite a passion for dynamic, energizing soundscapes that take listeners on a captivating sonic journey. His release ‘Damage’ received notable acclaim as Pete Tong's Essential New Tune on BBC Radio 1 in 2023. Alongside this achievement, Harry has made significant strides in the music industry with tracks like ‘Next Level’ on Realm Records, founded by Gorgon City, and the collaboration ‘Now You Know’ with Hugo Banchi on Three Six Zero. While deeply rooted in house music, Harry also feels a strong connection to retro sounds.

The original track is a euphoric piece of melodic house with intricate layers, pulsing rhythms and wistful vocals crafted by Harry Kaze. Sasha Carassi’s remix takes nothing away from the original track’s dreaminess, but replaces Kaze’s energetic four-on-the-floor with his signature 80’s-inspired drum kit, with dashes of lush atmospherics, piercing synths and a more spacious arrangement drenching the track in nostalgia and vitality.

Sasha Carassi shares: “When I received the demo of ‘On My Lips’  by Harry Kaze, I was struck at first listening: I imagined a better reality in an utopian world, where the sincerity of the emotions and the taste for a sophisticated design are rediscovered. Energetic beat, gentle arpeggio and catchy vocals are just three of the elements perfectly wedged together. My vision is very faithful to the original one, but enhanced by my signature drum kit. This version highlights a climax in the break, which leaves room to a more essential design during the whole draft."
