TRIVECTA RELEASES SOPHOMORE ALBUM ‘FIND MY WAY’

OUT NOW ON OPHELIA RECORDS

Excited to announce the release of Trivecta’s sophomore studio album ‘Find My Way’ on Ophelia. The album comes two years after his full-length debut with ‘The Way Back Up’, which saw Trivecta carve out his own sonic identity and lane within the highly popular melodic bass space. Like on the last record, he shows

an impressive range of diversity, jumping from folk-tinged melodic dubstep to experimental bass, golden-age electro house and even banging techno.

Trivecta has been one of the fastest growing acts on the label and in the wider bass scene online and in the live circuit. Not only have his releases garnered support from artists like Illenium, Gryffin, Don Diablo and The Chainsmokers, but he’s collaborated with SLANDER, Seven Lions, Excision, Wooli, Kill The Noise, Jason Ross and even Scott Stapp from Creed. Just since his last album, he’s played direct support for Illenium at SoFi Stadium, Red Rocks, The Gorge, The LA Convention Center and Echostage and his first Ultra Music Festival, where he teased the new album tracks.

The full album release will be accompanied by a headline tour, a recorded DJ set in the Colorado mountains, new forest press shots, a mini-documentary and more. The campaign will culminate with the album date release of “Light In The Dark”, the highly anticipated follow-up to Seven Lions, Wooli and Trivecta’s 2019 Billboard dance charting hit “Island”.

Alongside the release, Trivecta announced the first leg of his album which will include over 30 dates from October 2024 to March 2025.

On a personal level “Find My Way” has a running theme of reconnecting with myself, journeying through the highs and lows of life and letting them shape me, surrendering to them as a means of allowing them to help me get in better touch with my inner voice, and letting them help me feel and love more deeply.

Creatively the album is me realizing that in order to continue to grow as an artist I need to keep searching inwards, bravely channeling more of my unique influences - most significantly folk music - to create something fresh. Tonally I wanted to innovate too; the scene of melodic bass music has grown oversaturated with dreary songs about heartbreak; I wanted to make an album that refreshes the scene with a much more optimistic take on the sound. We’ve cried about breakups enough already; it’s time to heal.

This is an album full of the organic energy of nature; it’s for fans who love to explore and travel, who would just as soon sit around a campfire as they would go to a rave. As the first single says, “I could trade an open sky for fallen trees and city lights till endless seas and rivers wide could feel like home.” - Trivecta

As the official record label of melodic dubstep leader Seven Lions, Ophelia Records is a label that promotes independent dance music across a wide range of genres. In just five years, Ophelia has become one of the hottest labels in electronic music thanks to its tight-knit community and ability to connect fans of melodic bass, dubstep, trance, psytrance, drum & bass, house and beyond. With over 200 catalog releases from acts such as SLANDER, Excision, Kill The Noise, MitiS, Jason Ross, NGHTMRE, Wooli, Trivecta, Blastoyz, Crystal Skies and Last Heroes, Ophelia has multiple #1 iTunes dance records and has been supported on the covers of mint and danceXL with additional playlisting on New Music Friday, Dance Rising, Bass Arcade and SiriusXM BPM. The label has also sold out showcases at Echostage, Avant Gardner and Red Rocks, as well as hosted festival stage takeovers at Electric Zoo, Miami Music Week, Nocturnal Wonderland and more.

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE SPECIAL EVENTS FROM DJ TENNIS, RISKY ROADZ

PLUS: ADAM BEYER, AHMED SPINS, PALM TRAX, CARLITA AND BENJI B, KERRI CHANDLER, ÂME B2B/W TRIKK AND ROSS FROM FRIENDS

An iconic music venue beloved by fans and artists alike, KOKO Electronic today reveals its autumn/winter line-up for the remainder of 2024. From current breaking stars like Ahmed Spins and Carlita to legendary figures such as DJ Harvey and Adam Beyer, the KOKO Electronic calendar is packed with a wealth of top tier talent, spanning every genre of the sprawling electronica landscape.

The quality of KOKO Electronic’s talent is amplified by a truly phenomenal venue. Adorned with a giant disco ball, the theatre is a room of majesty and beautiful design, with its relative intimacy (1500 capacity) and in-the-round DJ set-up ensuring that everyone is right in the heart of the action. The experience is completed with cutting edge tech in the shape of a pulse-racing D&B Audiotechnik soundsystem and laser/lighting rigs mounted on the ceiling.

While KOKO is the reigning Venue of the Year at the LIVE Music Awards, KOKO Electronic has also earned acclaim in its own right, including a nomination for Best Venue at the Radio 1 Dance Awards and a place in DJ Magazine’s global Top 100 Clubs.

A pre-sale for all newly announced events opens at 12 noon Friday 27th September for House of KOKO members, followed by 1pm presale for those who signed up. Tickets are on general sale HERE from 2pm on Friday 27th.

Highlights of KOKO Electronic’s autumn series include:

DJ Harvey’s only London show

A storied DJ with rock star vibes, there’s no-one quite like DJ Harvey who will play his only London show of 2024 at KOKO Electronic on September 28th. From the Tonka Sound System to co-founding the infamous Black Cock label and bringing vibes everywhere from Pikes to Ministry of Sound, it’s no wonder that Rolling Stone famously stated, “If Keith Richards was a DJ, he'd totally be Harvey… A libertine Englishman turned California surfer dude.” The night features a second larger-than-life character in the shape of Jaye Ward.

DJ Tennis: KOKO ‘Munchietown’ takeover and supper club

We’ve come to love DJ Tennis’s adventurous hybrid of house, breaks, indie and psychedelia, but his next KOKO visit also highlights his culinary expertise as explored in his series, Munchietown. He will be hosting a special Supper Club at the venue’s private members club The House of KOKO on October 10th, before presenting a livestream set and a pizza-making demonstration at Cafe KOKO the following day. October 11th will also include the main event: a vibrant KOKO Electronic set with guests Ryan Elliott, Marie Montexier and Doudou MD.

Rare extended set from Adam Beyer

The longstanding techno hero Adam Beyer is set to play his first extended set in London in over seven years when he hits KOKO Electronic on October 25th. An already rare opportunity to see him in action will be all the more special given the intimacy of the room - this is an artist far more likely to be seen igniting the dancefloor at warehouse venues or filling arenas rather than up close-and-personal in a theatre.

Ahmed Spins is one of dance music’s biggest rising talents, his reputation flourishing following his instant classic ‘Anchor Point’ and a long association with Keinemusik. Afro house is the focal point of a chameleon-like approach to genre, his passion for global sounds further reflected with his international Deep House Bible platform. As you expect, he will bring a stellar line-up to KOKO with him on October 26th with Birds of Mind, MĪMĪ x FY and Mayssa (w/ Anywhere Else).

Debut from cult favourite

Palms Trax will be cooking at KOKO Electronic when he makes his all night long debut on November 9th. The cult favourite darts across genres, his crate-diggin’ rare cuts taking in previously lost classics and classic tracks spanning Detroit techno, Chicago house and leftfield disco. The tunes will keep spinning until daylight breaks.

Carlita in the house

The Turkish/Italian artist Carlita is one of the biggest names of 2024 and her status is set to soar further when she releases her debut album ‘Sentimental’ on November 15th. She will celebrate that same night with a special set at KOKO, where she’ll be joined by Deviation / Radio 1 legend Benji B as well as a DJ set from Technicolour Records’ hotly-tipped next wave band Fcuckers.

Kerri Chandler 10 hour set

Legendary deep house figurehead and New Jersey great Kerri Chandler returns to KOKO Electronic on November 16th. His last visit was unforgettable as his Kaoz Theory residency ignited the venue, and he has big plans this time around too - a special ten-hour set that will keep the party flowing from dusk ‘till dawn.

Ame and Trikk b2b

A b2b all-night long party doesn’t get much bigger than the union between future-facing German duo Âme and their friend and kindred spirit Trikk, who has been a regular on their Innervisions label. As shown at select international dates, Âme and Trikk bring out the best in each other with live elements and carefully curated cuts across deep house and techno maximising the energy in the room - and that’s what they’ll deliver to KOKO Electronic on November 23rd.

Ross From Friend KOKO debut

Can you believe that Ross From Friends has never played KOKO? That’s all going to change when he makes his KOKO debut on November 29th. His DJ sets famously rip up the rulebook to leap across all electronic genres from lo-fi house to high-intensity techno via floor-filling bassline. The rest of the bill is similarly unmissable with Jennifer Loveless, Mia Koden and Leo Gosh all confirmed.

20 Years of Risky Road

Risky Roadz documented the electrifying embryonic stages of grime with cyphers, BTS clips and freestyles. With thanks to its creator, Roony, the lo-fi, self-filmed footage captured the early days of Skepta, Kano, Ghetts, Giggs, Chip and countless others before they became the household names they are today. Expect some very special guests on the night.
