FINAL WINNERS REVEALED AT THE DJ AWARDS ICONIC IBIZA CEREMONY

The DJ Awards 2025 lit up ROTO Club in Ibiza Town with a suitably spectacular and proudly independent ceremony celebrating the very best in electronic music culture. The night was full of special, end of season, energy and the winners of this year’s publicly voted genre-specific awards were officially unveiled to represent the voices of true fans all around the world.

This year’s ceremony marked the 24th edition of the DJ Awards and continued its mission as an independent, authentic and globally inclusive celebration of electronic music. With support from partners including YouTube, Skiddle and Suntory at the intimate and edgy ROTO Club, the awards brought together leading artists, industry figures and fans for a night to remember.

The winners reflect the diversity of today’s dance music scene, from genre pioneers to fresh voices redefining the sounds of now. The inclusion of newly launched categories like Balearic and Hard Dance/Bounce shows the DJ Awards’ ongoing evolution in celebrating emerging movements and communities.

This year’s ceremony was also a night of giving back. In response to the devastating floods in Ibiza, the DJ Awards announced that a portion of the event’s proceeds have been donated to the Spanish Red Cross (Creu Roja) to support recovery and aid efforts on the island.

Since its founding in 1998, the DJ Awards has been the longest-running international celebration of DJ culture, and it remains proudly independent. In its second year since relaunching, the 2025 edition proved once again that recognition in dance music doesn’t need to be bought. It should be earned, respected and celebrated by the community, and once again the DJ Awards 2025 closed out the Ibiza season in style.

Andy Grant, DJ Awards owner, says “It’s been incredible to see the DJ Awards come together once again for a second year since returning. This ceremony truly celebrates the heart of our culture, the artists who have inspired dance floors all around the world, and those in the industry who come together to make it all happen. What makes it even more special is that these accolades come directly from the public’s independent votes, honouring the DJs who’ve genuinely moved the people and dance floors this year.”

After thousands of public votes across a range of genres, the winners of the 2025 publicly voted, genre-specific categories were:

Pioneering independent D&B brand Korsakov returns to its iconic home of Maassilo, Rotterdam, this January to mark a decade of their annual Weekender. The Korsakov Weekender 10-Year Anniversary Edition takes place Friday 30 and Saturday 31 January 2026, promising two days of next-level drum & bass from a global lineup of top-tier talent.

The full lineup is now revealed, promising an unforgettable weekend of drum & bass in all its forms, with highlights including Wilkinson, Hedex, Bou & B Live 247, Camo & Krooked b2b Mefjus, Friction, A.M.C, Serum, Simula, Sota, Harriet Jaxxon, Black Sun Empire, Youphoria, and [IVY], alongside more than 70 artists. Adding to the experience, some of the scene’s most influential labels and brands will host across the weekend, including Critical Soundsystem, Bad Habitz, Eatbrain, Evolution Chamber, High Tea, Souped Up, and the legendary Virus Recordings.

Over 10,000 fans are expected to pass through the industrial, multi-room venue Maassilo again this year, all for their taste of the festival's famously high caliber curation. You can experience this all with tickets starting at just €70 for the full weekend or €40 for a single day, an unmissable value for an experience of this scale.

Says Korsakov CEO Sami Dmitrovic; “We’ve been working hard behind the scenes on what’s shaping up to be our biggest lineup yet, covering the full spectrum of drum & bass and reflecting everything we love about this culture. Maassilo has always been a special place for us; it’s where some of our most important moments happened. Coming back here for the 10-year anniversary feels right and we’re making sure it delivers on every level.”

Maassilo, Rotterdam’s iconic industrial rave complex, has been integral to Korsakov’s journey. A repurposed grain silo with multiple expansive rooms, the venue offers an intense, raw environment that matches Korsakov’s high-energy programming. For the 10-Year Weekender, expect carefully crafted stage designs, high-spec production, and a powerful sound experience that takes full advantage of the venue’s unique layout.

Rotterdam is well connected and easy to reach from across Europe. High-speed trains run frequently between Rotterdam and Amsterdam (just 40-60 minutes), and direct flights from major UK cities can have fans in the Netherlands in under an hour. Eurostar also offers a convenient rail option from London. Once in the city, Maassilo is just 10-15 minutes from Rotterdam Centraal via excellent local transport links. The surrounding area offers a wide range of affordable hotels and hostels, making it easy to plan your stay.

The influential DJ Awards is back for the 24th edition with another iconic, and more importantly independent and authentic, celebration of electronic music culture at the end of a superb summer season. On Thursday 9th October 2025, the spotlight returns to the White Isle for a night of deserved recognition and unforgettable music and dining at ROTO Club in Ibiza Town, a cool, urban hotspot with stunning views of the sea and Dalt Vila. Ahead of the ceremony, the Industry Awards Winners, as voted for by a Grand Jury, are now revealed.

Now in its second consecutive year since relaunching, the DJ Awards continues to loudly and proudly champion integrity and independence. The Industry Awards spotlight behind-the-scenes excellence, visionary leadership and the vital elements that power the dance music ecosystem. It has a global outlook and celebrates both red-hot new musical trends, enduring scene legends and more.

Due to recent and unfortunate developments regarding the devastating floods in Ibiza, the DJ Awards will be donating funds from the ceremony towards the Spanish Red Cross (Creu Rojo) to assist those affected by the flash floods.

Unlike commercial awards and pay-to-play platforms, the refined DJ Awards ceremony, in partnership with YouTube, Suntory and Skiddle this year, stands apart by celebrating talent on merit alone. New for this year, every nominee is selected by a fully independent Grand Jury made up of respected insiders, creatives, industry and market leaders and experts from over 50 leading music brands and institutions worldwide. This unique move guarantees a diverse, authentic, and genre-spanning representation of today’s dynamic DJ culture that also connects back to the integral and honest roots of the DJ Awards. It’s real recognition for top level talent, innovation and excellence by those with huge experience and who are perfectly placed to judge.

The ceremony itself will see nominees and music professionals gather, spanning across a wide-ranging selection of categories, genres, geographies and industry influence, awaiting the reveal of DJ Awards winners. This year's categories include the newly launched Balearic and Hard Dance/Bounce categories, plus returning favourites Afro, Breakthrough, Drum & Bass, Garage/Bassline, Hard Techno, House, International DJ, Latin/Reggaeton, Live Act, Newcomer, Prog/Melodic, Tech House, Techno and Trance.

The DJ Awards yet again promises to be one of the standout nights of the Ibiza season, on October 9th a celebration of music industry excellence will commence in a venue at the heart of Ibiza's underground scene.
