FINLAND’S EPIC WEEKEND FESTIVAL UNVEILS FULL LINE UP

Finland's unmissable and supersized Weekend Festival is back on August 2 and 3, 2024 and now the full line-up has been revealed. 

Now playing at the legendary Espoo Vermo Arena will be global dance stars Nicky Romero and R3HAB on top of the likes of Timmy Trumpet, Ann Clue, Boris Brejcha, Da Tweekaz, Darude, Deniz Bul, Kanine, Moritz Hofbauer, Showtek, Sub Zero Project, Tungevaag, Vibe Chemistry, Will Spark, Alan Walker, Tiësto, Wade, Miane, Coone, and Dion Visse. This year the theme is 'Disco Nation' and there will be three impressive stages to choose from; WKND Stage for mainstream sounds, the Future Stage for hardstyle and drum & bass, and the recently announced CNNCT x Taco Bell Stag with key tastemakers such as Space 92, Juliet Fox, Wade, Miss Monique, Miane, Jay De Lys, Rebūke and many more all playing. As well as that there will be plenty of food areas, an indoor VIP space and VIP Tribune.

Weekend Festival is the largest-scale electronic music event ever witnessed in Finland. It hosts 20,000 people at the famous  Espoo Vermo Arena horse racing track venue with top level production, world class sound systems, immersive lights and plenty of nearby accommodation options nearby all making it the most electrifying musical escape in the whole of Northern Europe. 

Now, completing the line up for 2024 are two epic headliners in Nicky Romero and R3HAB. Both artists have very much helped to set the global dance music agenda over recent years. They play only the biggest stages in the world and serve up suitably maximal sounds. They have both dropped plenty of hits and topped global charts we all as racking up millions of global streams so are suitably huge line-ups for another weekend of magic at Weekend Festival

The Berlin-based imprint will cater to electronic music artists globally

Sony Music Entertainment (SME) Germany announced today the launch of 'noted. records', a global electronic music label with a commitment to cultivating electronic and techno culture and amplifying the voices of emerging artists.



Based out of Berlin, Germany, a hotspot of electronic music culture, noted. records aims to cater to electronic music artists globally, offering access to a wide network of artists, producers, writers and resources, with a goal to have a significant cultural impact.

A&R and strategy will be overseen by Sony Music's Vice President of A&R for Europe & Africa, Jean-Sebastien Permal, with marketing and operations looked after by Senior Product Manager Jenny Walzer, who also oversees marketing at Sony Music’s dance music label NITRON in Berlin.



With the launch of noted. records comes the announcement of its first signing - Anfisa Letyago, one of the most exciting DJ-producers of the current scene, renowned for her exceptional talent both behind the decks and in the studio. She releases her highly awaited track “Feelin”via noted. records today, marking the release on her new home of noted./Sony Music.

After closing for a refurbishment, the soon to re-open  club is a feast for all the senses with a slick new look, glamorous décor and state of the art illumination, plus plenty of brain boggling special effects and a superb sound system to deliver the music loud and proud. 

Each epic party is brought to life with plenty of wild and colourful performance artists who captivate the crowd with spectacular choreographies and sensual outfits. For those looking for something more, BCM offers VIP experiences as well as an outdoor terrace for ever more fun under the stars. 

Dutch tastemaker Oliver Heldens is regarded as a pioneer of the future house genre and has taken the sound global with numerous chart successes, including "Gecko", "Last All Night" and "The Right Song". The HELDEEP label head and Spinnin' Records associate will get this unmissable new season underway on Thursday May 2nd. 

The rest of the month will welcome tech house tastemakers Solardo, chart topper Joel Corry, techno titan Technasia and waFF as well as underground favourite Hector Couto, plus Future House innovator and David Guetta collaborator Morten and British star Jax Jones, Ukraine melodic techno pioneers ARTBAT, the colourful and charming house sounds of Purple Disco Machine, multi-genre specialists and party starters Rudimental plus the globally renowned Dimitri Vegas. 

With its new look and the return of the scene's most acclaimed artists, BCM Mallorca is once again a must visit destination for those who like truly electrifying clubbing experiences.
