MID3M+ 2024 UNVEILS FULL PROGRAMME

CONFERENCES, WORKSHOPS, CONCERTS, DJ SETS EVENTS NOT TO BE MISSED

MIDƐM+ is the international music industry's must-attend event and now its full programme of conferences, workshops, concerts, DJ sets and more has been revealed. The event runs from January 24th to 27th at Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France and is dedicated to bringing music lovers together around a series of unique events celebrating what drives them. 

For these special four days, decision-makers from the ecosystem and the general public will gather around for a full programme of masterclasses and discussions with producers and artists, workshops, conferences, debates, two film screenings and one ciné-concert. Ahead of the event, the MIDƐM+ team has put together a selection of not-to-be-missed events from the rich and varied program.

A full list of events is available below but there are many highlights to choose from. These include Exploring the Latest Trends in Music Investment with global experts in their field Fred Davis, a Partner at Raine Advisors Ltd, Mark Miller, CEO of Labelcoin, Per Sundin, CEO of Pophouse Entertainment and Scott Cohen, CEO of JXBX.

There is also an insightful discussion into how to go From DJ to Artist and Music Producer with someone who has done that in Joachim Garraud, as well as a Conversation with Stewart Copeland, the legendary composer, drummer and founder of The Police. 

Attended can also look forward to performances from Madame Monsieur, Clara Ysé/Black Star and the De La Soul Band, film screenings of David Bowie's Moonage Daydream directed by Brett Morgen, a Knowledge Transmission masterclass from electronic legend Jean-Michel Jarre, a discussion about When Artists and AI Transcend GPTs with Jared, Copland and more, and how to Make a Track in 11 minutes with Joachim Garraud.

JOSEPH CAPRIATI BRINGS METAMORFOSI SHOW TO LONDON WITH DENNIS CRUZ AND BEN STERLING

DENNIS CRUZ AND BEN STERLING WILL FEATURE ALONGSIDE JOSEPH CAPRIATI AT EXHIBITION

Joseph Capriati is to make a triumphant return to the English capital when he brings his world renowned Metamorfosi brand to London on Friday February 16th at Exhibition. Joining the Italian tastemaker will be Dennis Cruz and Ben Sterling for this one and only London show of 2024.

Esteemed artist Capriati has established this brand with essential parties across the world, not least in London last year for a still much talked about and sold out road black, as well as with his mini-residency at the iconic Ibiza club Amnesia. The events are named after his superb and eclectic artist album and always look incredible with unique and detailed production that is truly off the charts. The soundtrack also finds Joseph digging deep and playing across the house and techno spectrum always with his unique sense of storytelling style. 

Joining him will be Spanish hitmaker Dennis Cruz, a new school house talent who drives the scene fronds it his sets and his productions They have taken him to the top of the charts  and the world's best clubs as well as on a range of labels and always threads together a fine journey that ranges from deep and vocal to melodic and emotive.

Also playing is man of the moment Ben Sterling who has quickly gone from UK hero to global star. He has played everywhere from Resistance to Paradise, Circo Loco to Timewarp and has worked on labels such as Hot Creations and Revival New York. Few have a fisher sound right now than this man. 

The venue is across two floors and boasts next level light, sound and high class sound systems. It will be transformed on the night in true Metamorfosi style so expect a full sensory experience and sounds like none other.

DOMBRESKY ANNOUNCES SPECIAL GUESTS CALUSSA, CID, JADED, TOBEHONEST AND WESTEND FOR UPCOMING ‘LIFT OFF’ TOUR

The announcement also arrives along with Dombresky and JADED’s new single ‘All For You’ from their upcoming ‘Sound if the Drums’ EP out February 1. 

Following the release of cinematic club anthem 'LIFT OFF' on his own Process Records, globally renowned house innovator Dombreksy announces huge support for his upcoming North America ‘LIFT OFF’ tour with Calussa, CID, JADED, TOBEHONEST and Westend.

The announcement also includes Dombresky’s new single ‘All For You’ out now with fellow tour supporters JADED from their collaborative ‘Sound of the Drums’ EP set to arrive via Diplo’s Higher Ground on February 1. Marking a huge start to the year for the global artists, JADED will join Dombresky on each of the 18 stops through North America on his ‘LIFT OFF’ tour this month. 

The 'LIFT OFF' tour kicks off on January 13th in Salt Lake City, travelling across 20 cities and wrapping up in April with stops across much of North America including key show dates at Concord Music Hall Chicago, Ogden Theatre Denver, Knockdown Center NYC, The Midway San Francisco and The Shrine LA to name a few.

Known globally for his invigorating four-on-the-floor beats, Dombresky has become an industry heavyweight amongst peers like Blondish, Armand van Helden, Diplo, Claptone, and MK, all of whom supported Dombresky’s early career as collaborators. His many standout singles have earned hundreds of millions of streams and made him one of Beatport’s top selling artists. In 2023, Dombresky’s ‘Too Soon’ received radio support from BBC R1’s Danny Howard and Pete Tong, Kiss FM’s Majestic, Leftwing: Kody and TCTS, Kiss Dance and editorial support from Spotify's New Music Friday UK, NMF Dance, and UK House Music. 

The new year will only see Dombresky reach bigger heights adding to a well travelled show schedule that has already seen him play in 2023 alone Day Trip LA, Coachella, EDC Las Vegas (five sets with StereoBloom and KineticFIELD/Mainstage performances), Day Trip Seattle, and Elrow NYC plus many more whilst playing European dates across Amsterdam, UK, Spain, France, Portugal, Croatia and others. 

Elsewhere, his influential Process Radio show has won him an Electronic Dance Music Award for best radio show where he then launched Process Records that was quickly established as another vital creative outlet. Meanwhile, Dombresky’s latest solo single ‘LIFT OFF’ is sure to become a firm favourite of fans on the road as another epic production that bears all of the producer’s signature hallmarks including mighty drums that energise packed crowds, catchy melodic hooks that lodge deep in the brain and feel good vibes that never let up.
