The aim of Love Machine is to bring awareness to mental and emotional health through new human connections which are formed on the dance floor. With that in mind, the pillars of Love Machine are community, art, yoga, music and lifestyle awareness as well as cutting edge production. These themes run through three unforgettable days with like minded people, experts and performers from the local area as well as around the world. It's a place to learn and share, to reinvigorate your senses and enjoy music in a truly unique location.

This year the festival remains in Jacumba but moves to DeAnza Spring, one of the largest newest clothing optional resorts in North America. Guests can splash around the outdoor or indoor pool, explore trails into the hills of the Anza-Borrego Desert State Park, grassy lawns, areas of shade under ancient trees between typical desert vegetation and stay in a wide array of different RV’s and motel rooms.

The production at Love Machine has to be seen to be believed - towering metallic structures reflecting the natural beauty of the setting and mapped with immersive lighting, stylish stage designs and world class sound systems. There will also be grand art installations, sound baths, lectures, bodywork, meditation and healthy food offerings with a focus on plant-based living and an array of holistic workshops including yoga and mindfulness.

On Friday, renowned Berghain mainstay and techno favourite Rødhåd headlines with a live show from Rodriguez Jr after he impressed so much last year. Deer Jade, Harvard Brass and Tyler Reid also lineup while Saturday features Saved label head and global tech house star Nic Fanciulli, global Afro house pioneer Themba, techno from the iconic Pig & Dan, West Coast sounds from US legend Doc Martin, deep vibes from Emanuel Satie plus Tony Y Not, Joe Pea, Carlo Key, Mala Ika and Tyler Chase. On Sunday, it is Konstantin Sibold's master of melody Konstantin Sibold who is joined by Berlin's longtime house innovator Ian Pooley, plus Invoker, Halo Varga and Kitsch.

Love Machine is an idyllic getaway and perfect escape to leave the everyday behind and form new musical and personal connections on a dance floor in the desert.

ODESZA also recently attended the 65th Annual GRAMMY Awards in support of their nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Album for ‘The Last Goodbye’ (released via Foreign Family Collective/Ninja Tune) and released their new single “To Be Yours (feat. Claud)” which Billboard said “perfectly tows the line between each of the artists’ respective worlds, employing the crystal clear production work of the sought-after dance pair as well as the confessional songwriting of the fast-rising bedroom pop singer into one gloriously fun single.”

Among notable highlights were the BPM debuts of Vintage Culture and Bora Uzer, whose sets left the crowd buzzing in a state of euphoria. Additionally, the Dreamcatcher stage hosted a b2b2b sunrise takeover from Boogeyman, presenting an iconic performance that showcased the tremendous sound of the rising label. The festival’s venues were meticulously selected and curated, with Chiquita’s serving as a standout location in the heart of downtown Tamarindo, offering complimentary admission to showcases such as MVSON and From the South. Meanwhile, the renowned Canopy venue hosted classic BPM showcases, including This Is The End featuring Joseph Capriati, while fan favorites Bamboleo, Rawthentic, and Tamango served as the grand finale at BPM’s Treehouse stage delivering a legendary 5-way b2b performance that lasted well beyond sunrise.

Taking place in one of the most luscious and exclusive spots in Costa Rica, the BPM familia are once again invited to come together once again to soak up the magical atmosphere of Tamarindo. As BPM continues to grow and evolve, they remain committed to curating unforgettable and inimitable experiences for attendees, while staying true to their roots and the community that has supported the BPM brand throughout the years. 2023 promises to be even bigger and better than before with a slew of BPM events slated for the year. The capacity for this special upcoming Easter edition is strictly limited and tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Over the years, BPM has committed to hosting the best in techno and house, boasting editions in picturesque locales such as Mexico, Portugal, and Tel Aviv, as well as satellite events in Bali, Brazil, Dubai, Ibiza, Miami, Toronto, and more.
