SHAMBHALA MUSIC FESTIVAL DROPS HUGE 2023 LINEUP

Canada’s longest-running electronic music festival released its 2023 lineup today. Shambhala Music Festival has announced its epic 24th Annual festival programming for July 21-24, 2023.

Featuring a cutting-edge lineup, the Shambhala 2023 roster stacks artists who have become synonymous with the festival alongside world-class headliners and some of the best underground artists from Canada and around the world. 

Guests can catch a diverse range of sets including Black Tiger Sex Machine, Chase & Status, Excision, Goldie, Hieroglyphics, Justin Martin, Liquid Stranger, Maya Jane Coles, Mr. Carmack, Mura Masa, Nicole Moudaber, Rusko, Seth Troxler, Shiba San, S!CK!CK, Skream, Sub Focus, Tchami, Testpilot, Valentino Khan, Wilkinson, and many more.

Some headliner announcements were revealed in advance including funk producer-saxophonist GRiZ, trap & bass extraordinaire RL Grime, prolific Canadian duo Zeds Dead, house and techno extraordinaire John Summit, and special collaboration Gigantic NGHTMRE.

“As far as lineups go, this is our biggest yet. Our Stage Directors really pushed the envelope this year in order to bring some of the biggest names in electronic dance music, as well as a stack of talented up-and-comers that Shambhala has become known for amplifying.” said Shambhala Music Festival CEO Neil MacLeod.

In addition to today’s stacked lineup release, you can expect to see close to 100+ yet-to-be-announced artists roll out as the Living Room, the Grove, the Fractal Forest, the AMP, the Village and the Pagoda each release their own respective lineups in the coming weeks.

Tickets for the 24th Annual Shambhala Music Festival are already 90% sold out. Early Bird tickets, Extra Early Bird tickets, and all Lodging Packages are already fully sold out. The remaining General Admission tickets are expected to move quickly due to high demand from EDM fans. General Admission Tickets are listed at $525 CAD and can be purchased here.

IBIZA’S AMNESIA TO DESCEND INTO A NOSTALGIC PARADISE WITH KEVIN & PERRY EXPERIENCE

Due to the pandemic, they waited for two years but last summer the boys, Kevin & Perry, finally touched down in Ibiza and unexpectedly pulled off two of the most talked-about and supercharged parties of the Ibizan season! 

Not surprisingly, the demand for Kevin & Perry to return again this year has been LARGER than ever with them returning to Amnesia Ibiza on Tuesday the 26th of September! 

The lineup has been switched up a level as Tall Paul and Dave Pearce now join Seb Fontaine and Lange in the famous Discotheque. Seb was the DJ that originally played during the actual filming and Lange produced the undisputed film anthem “Follow Me” which is certainly one of the highlights of the night!

This year expect a discotheque crowd packed full of Trance & classic lovers, old-school Ibiza faces, bucket hats, glowsticks, and a vibe pulled straight from the '90s/early '00s with lasers, strobes, and smoke machines!

The energy-filled Amnesia terrace has also been reshuffled and will be hosted by Sash!, Slipmatt, Rob Tissera, Dale Castell, and Sean Hughes.

Ask anyone who attended last summer, the vibe in Amnesia was off the scale. It really did feel like being transported back in time to the hedonistic, party days of old. Time travel really does exist!

Also on the Terraza, last year's standout season regular Marco Faraone brings his powerful sounds for a back to back with Special Request, the famously bass heavy, jungle inspired, raved up alias of Paul Woolford. 

The Terraza line-up is completed by astral techno explorer and Ellum Audio boss Maceo Plex, the emotive and melodic sounds of Guy Gerber plus flagship residents Mar-T and Caal with Namibia-born Gina Jeanz who is a breakout star and leading light in the African scene.

The Main Room meanwhile will bounce to a techno showcase from Amnesia regular and Drumcode head Adam Beyer next to new school tastemaker Layton Giordani. Palestine's fierce Sama’ Abdulhadi brings her powerful take on techno and Filth On Acid's master of harder rave sounds Reinier Zonneveld also lines up for a live set with renowned resident Luca Donzelli and the trusty Ibiza mainstay Anna Tur.
