ZEBBLER ENCANTI EXPERIENCE RELEASE DEBUT OPHELIA ALBUM

Data Séance is the 7th album by audio/visual duo Zebbler Encanti Experience (ZEE). This album represents the A/V duo’s descent into their most ambitious material to date: exposing the hidden depths of deconstructed glitch-bass music that can only be conjured through an algorithmic communion with data.

To produce the sounds of Data Séance, Encanti captured the likeness of ZEE in several neural networks, trained to generate infinite variations of ZEE music. Some neural networks were trained “wrong” on purpose to generate colorful variations, and some sounds were fed back into other neural networks. All told, over 20

hours of neural audio was generated to be sampled for this record, in what might become known as perhaps one of the earliest examples of a bass music producer using custom AI to create a sonic mirror.

ZEE’s approach to using AI-generated media celebrates the artifacts of the medium, drawing upon the obscure glitches and uncanny ghosts in the hallucinations to reveal hidden structures in the data and processes themselves, while blurring the lines between what is and is not real. Through this practice, Data Séance aspires to summon apparitions from a space that lies beyond the algorithms, drawing into question the very nature of perception in the face of openly artificial realities.

Zebbler Encanti Experience, commonly referred to as ZEE, represents the synergetic amalgamation of two ingenious talents - Peter 'Zebbler' Berdovsky and Ben 'Encanti' Cantil. This dynamic duo has managed to transcend the boundaries of art, music, and technology to craft multisensory experiences that captivate and inspire.

Since their debut album Psychic Projections in 2012, ZEE has released music on Gravitas Recordings and Wakaan Records, while collaborating with seminal artists such as Mr. Bill, Of The Trees, and Woulg. During the pandemic, the duo released their first fully audio-visual LP Syncorswim, which was a departure from their usual heavy sound. ZEE is on track to release their next bass music album Data Séance in 2024, featuring heavily glitched audio/visual elements that are manipulated through AI technologies.

Zebbler is a visionary video artist and VJ who transforms live shows and installations into immersive psychedelic experiences. He is the founder of Zebbler Studios and the creator of the Shpongletron, a 3-D video mapped stage that helped revolutionize the concert industry. Zebbler is also a professor at Berklee College of Music, where he teaches live video performance courses. He is renowned for his work on designing stages for Envision Festival in Costa Rica, one of the most eco-friendly and socially conscious festivals in the world, and for collaborating with DEF CON, the world’s largest hacker convention, where he showcases his company’s video mapped and interactive sculptures.

Encanti is a maestro of the sonic realms. His sound seamlessly melds diverse genres, from global bass rhythms to intricate glitch-hop, presenting a dynamic aural journey that both challenges and captivates the listener. However, beyond the beats and tempos, what sets Encanti apart is his deep-seated knowledge of the science behind the sound. Renowned globally as an electronic music production educator, Encanti's expertise has illuminated the paths for numerous budding producers. Additionally, his innovative spirit is evident as the co-founder of DataMind Audio, a trailblazing company specializing in AI-powered audio plugins.

Together, as ZEE, the duo has embarked on a journey to weave a tapestry of sight and sound. They create electrifying performances that blur the line between the audience and performer, the real and the digital.

Their audio-visual shows are not merely concerts; they're portals into alternate dimensions of creativity and imagination.

Beyond their performance, ZEE is dedicated to fostering the next generation of artists. They conduct workshops, tutorials, and masterclasses, sharing their profound knowledge in music production, visual arts, and the intersection of the two.

OXIA RELEASES THIRD STUDIO ALBUM AELLE

Out now on Diversions Music, the twelve-track LP is a rich exploration of groove, melody and emotion from one of France’s most influential electronic voices

French DJ and producer OXIA, a leading figure in the international electronic music scene, releases his long-awaited third studio album Aelle, out now via Diversions Music.

Following this year’s acclaimed singles Presence and Colors of Life, as well as the upcoming Silk & Fur (out September 19), Aelle is a masterfully woven collection of tracks that balances the intensity of the dance floor with the intimacy of personal listening. Across twelve tracks, OXIA crafts an evocative sonic palette where melodies and grooves intertwine with moments of emotion, elegance and timeless beauty.

Speaking about the upcoming album, OXIA commented:

“As with my previous albums, I let my creativity run free once again, without setting limits. I wanted to bring together everything I love about electronic music – groove, melodies, emotion, intensity – and blend them with calmer, more reflective tracks”.

Aelle also highlights OXIA’s collaborative spirit, featuring contributions from long-time friends and creative partners. Faces sees him reunite with label co-founder Nicolas Masseyeff, while Silk & Fur and On The Trip see him team up with Yannick Baudino. The album also welcomes compelling vocal performances from Hen Wen (Calling The Sun) and Hacène (Silk & Fur).

Musically, the record flows through a rich spectrum: melodic, groove-driven tracks (Nuance, Faces), ethereal pieces laced with emotion (Calling the Sun, Saisons) and moments of deep, poignant melancholy (Aerial). The title track Aelle and songs like A Special Day and Run underline OXIA’s ability to move effortlessly between the club and the heart, creating music with enduring resonance.

With Aelle, OXIA reaffirms his place at the forefront of electronic music, offering an album that is as captivating on the dance floor as it is profound in personal reflection.

PECES RAROS TEAM UP WITH INNELLEA ON “PARTE DEL JUEGO”

Announce 17-Date Headline Tour of US and Europe

Out now via belonging, the new single arrives ahead of Peces Raros’ biggest US and European tours to date, and follows their sold-out 12,000-capacity show at Mandarine Park, Buenos Aires

Argentinian electronic-rock innovators Peces Raros continue their global ascent with “Parte del Juego”; a collaboration with esteemed German producer Innellea. Out now via belonging, the release follows a landmark moment for the band – a sold-out show for 12,000 people at Mandarine Park, Buenos Aires – underscoring the scale and devotion surrounding their electrifying live performances.

Led by Lucio Consolo and Marco Viera, Peces Raros have spent over a decade shaping a sound that defies categories: a fusion of analog grit and digital pulse, of rock’s rawness and the emotional depth of electronic music. Their live shows have become synonymous with intensity and immersion – experiences that transform the dance floor into a collective state of tension, release and connection.

With “Parte del Juego”, Peces Raros expand their vision even further. Created alongside Innellea, the track brings together two distinct sensibilities; the band’s visceral, performance-driven energy and Innellea’s detailed, cinematic production. The result is a powerful, transportive piece that resonates far beyond genre or geography. It also sets the tone for what’s ahead: a new Peces Raros studio album arriving in 2026.

Following the release of “Parte del Juego”, Peces Raros will embark on an extensive international tour that marks their boldest global move yet.

The US leg of the tour kicks off in late October, marking the band’s most extensive North American run to date. From San Diego, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and Miami, Peces Raros will introduce their distinctive blend of analog emotion and electronic precision to some of the country’s most iconic venues; an experience that captures the power and intimacy of their Buenos Aires shows while opening a new frontier for their sound.

In November and December, the band then heads to Europe for an impressive run of headline shows that highlight their growing presence across the continent. Performing in HamburgBerlin, London, Dublin, Amsterdam, Gothenburg, Copenhagen, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Mallorca, and Valencia, Peces Raros will connect with audiences through a live experience that blurs the boundaries between concert, rave and ritual – a reflection of their identity as one of Latin America’s most innovative live acts. Hailing from Argentina, Peces Raros is the creative union of Lucio Consolo (vocals, synthesizers, production) and Marco Viera (vocals, guitar, production). Since their formation in 2014, the duo has carved out a distinctive space in Latin American music, blending the angst and poeticism of post-punk with the hypnotic pulse of techno. Their sound is as much about movement as it is mood; lyrically sharp, rhythmically driven and sonically bold.

Across a growing discography that includes No Gracias (2014), Parte de un Mal Sueño (2016), Anestesia (2018), Dogma (2021), and Artificial (2024), Peces Raros has evolved from cult status to one of Argentina’s most respected experimental acts. Their music often explores themes of disconnection, transformation and the interface between humanity and technology – ideas that resonate through their powerful live performances.

After opening for The Chemical Brothers in Buenos Aires in February, performing at the 25th anniversary of Cosquín Rock, and recently selling out Mandarine Park with 12,000 attendees, Peces Raros continues to expand their global reach with their most ambitious international run to date. The band will tour extensively across the United States and Europe through the end of 2025, bringing their immersive, genre-defying show to major venues and festivals. The tour also paves the way for a new studio album set for 2026. This is a project that promises to further explore the tension between organic emotion and electronic abstraction that defines Peces Raros’ ever-evolving sound.
