On Wednesday March 20th, LCPR presents 'We Dance: Venezuela' in support of local non-profit organization 'Venezolanos Por La Vida - Canada,' at Love Child Social House. For a $25.00 entry fee, expect an evening of curated music by influential DJs, food provided by local restaurant Gordo EX Cafe - for an authentic Venezuelan taste, and an art gallery presented by local Venezuelan artists!

Venezolanos Por La Vida - Canada is collecting & shipping medical supplies to the human rights organizations and health service providers, to help the Venezuela's in the country, and to those forced to flee their homes; 'The Caminantes.'

LCPR has rallied up the local Toronto electronic music community, to come together and support this cause. The musical lineup for the evening will bring us deep melodic house duo Carerra & Tavares to open up the decks, with their feel-good atmosphere. Brazilian bred, Toronto-based Hauy, will follow, seducing guests onto the dance-floor, with his sultry sounds as the cocktails start to flow, and finally a very special back-to-back set with My Favorite Robot and Nitin, who are both a central part of the global electronic music scene.

Venezuela is currently suffering in the most severe shortage in medical drugs and equipment in its history. Hospitals and clinics aren't able to provide patients with treatment, due to the lack of the most basic medical supplies and people are dying needlessly. Venezolanos por la Vida - the Humanitarian Aid Program of the Canada Venezuela Democracy Forum, was created with the purpose of providing some relief to the major humanitarian crisis Venezuelans are facing today, to alleviate and give some hope to the Venezuelans in the country.
