FAQ – TICKETS and WRISTBANDS
How much do tickets cost and where can I buy tickets?
There are two types of tickets: General Admission and VIP. You can purchase tickets in person at the London Music Hall box office, at ticketmaster.ca, or over the phone at 1-855-985-5000. Tickets will also be available at the gates, while quantities last.
VIP upgrades for general admission tickets will be available onsite during the festival, while quantities last.
What does the weekend VIP ticket include?
• VIP Only entrance
• Access to VIP Only section, including a section divided in front of stage.
• Access to VIP Only Private Washrooms
• Use of VIP Only Private Bars
• Access to VIP Only Elevated viewing section
Can I upgrade to VIP at the festival?
Yes! You can upgrade your GA admission ticket for a VIP admission ticket at the VIP entrance inside the festival grounds, while quantities last.
Please note: VIP area is 19+ ONLY- therefore only those of legal drinking age can enter.
What is your ticketing policy?
All ticket sales are final. BlockParty London is a rain or shine event therefore no refunds will be issued due to weather. Artists and program schedules are subject to change without notice.
Your ticket will be exchanged for a wristband that cannot be shared and must remain on the same individual during both days of the festival. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, the BlockParty London staff has the right to refuse entrance at their own discretion.
When is wristband pickup?
Wristbands will be available for pickup at the London Music Hall Box Office on the following dates:
• Wednesday September 5th : 11AM-5PM
• Thursday September 6th: 11AM-5PM
• Friday September 7th: 11AM-5PM
• Monday September 10th: 11AM-5PM
• Tuesday September 11th: 11AM-5PM
• Wednesday September 12th: 11AM-5PM
• Thursday September 13th: 11AM-5PM
• Friday September 14th : 11AM-2PM
**MUST have the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up wristband(s).
Can I pickup my wristband at the festival?
Wristband are available for pickup at the BLOCKPARTY gates between 4PM-10:15PM on both Friday September 14th and Saturday September 15th.
What do I need to pick up my wristband?
You will need your ticket and the ID of the ticket purchaser to pick up your wristband.
Can I buy tickets at the festival?
Yes, tickets will be available at the box office, located at the entrance to the festival grounds.
Please note: it will be CASH ONLY at the gates.
Is re-entry permitted during the festival? Can I leave and re-enter?
There is a strict no re-entry policy at BlockParty London.
Do I need to keep my ticket once the festival starts?
Please keep your ticket with you as proof of purchase. However, once you receive your wristband, it is considered your ticket into the festival and must be worn by you at all times.
NOTE: In the case of cancellation of the festival- your ticket will be used for refunds at point of purchase, NOT wristbands.
Will we receive wristbands?
Yes, you need your wristband to enter the festival. Early wristband pick up will be available at the London Music Hall box office on schedule dates.
Can I transfer my wristband?
Wristbands are non-transferrable. If your wristband is ripped, damaged or tampered with in any way, it will be voided and will result in denied entrance to the festival.
My ticket has a section listed, what does that mean?
This is a general admission event with no designated sections of than for VIP ticket holders; the section/seat number on the ticket is for tracking purposes only.
FAQ – AFTERPARTY
Where is the BlockParty London After Party?
After Parties will take place at the London Music Hall, located at 185 Queens Ave, London ON.
There will be an After Party following each day of the festival.
Does my wristband get me into the BlockParty London After Party?
No, your wristband is not a ticket to the After Party. After Party tickets are sold separately and will be available at the door or through ticketmaster.ca, until quantities last.
What time do doors open?
Doors open at 11PM on both days, Sept 14th & 15th 2018.
When will the artists be announced?
Artists will be announced on Blockparty London’s social media within 24 hours before the event takes place.
FAQ - PERFORMERS
Can I meet the band/artist?
GA and VIP tickets do not include meet and greets. Bands/Artists manage their own schedules outside of their allocated performance time. BlockParty London has no control over setting up meet & greets with fans.
Where can I find a schedule of the weekend’s events?
Artist set-times TBA. Set times will be posted on social media.

What if it rains?
BlockParty London is a rain or shine event, no refunds will be issued.
What forms of payment will BLOCKPARTY accept onsite?
The box office and all bars are CASH ONLY.
Acceptable forms of payment will vary at all food and merchandise vendors.
There will be ATMs onsite.
Can I bring my own food, drink or alcohol?
Outside food and drink is strictly prohibited on site. There will be a variety of food and drink options available onsite. Stay tuned for a list of vendors!
Small clear, empty plastic water bottles are permitted upon entry.
Can I smoke anywhere on site?
Smoking within the festival grounds is PROHIBITED. There will be designated smoking areas just outside the main festival entrance.
Are we allowed to take photos?
Smartphone cameras and camera phones will be permitted. All professional cameras are prohibited unless otherwise approved in advance.
What is and isn’t allowed on site?

Will there be water stations?
Yes, a free water refill station will be available onsite. Small clear and empty plastic water bottles allowed in upon entry.

NO smoking on the festival grounds.
There will be a designated smoking area outside of the ground near the front gates.

Gluten Free option included. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

ATM Machines available on site.

There is NO on-site parking available. There are parking lots located within a one-three block radius of the park.

Portable restrooms are available throughout the grounds.

There are medical stations that are staffed with emergency medical professionals on site.
HYDRATION
A FREE water refill station will be available on-site.
