On October 19th, Francis Harris returns to the city of Toronto for a special evening of music curated by his hand in lieu of his eagerly anticipated forthcoming LP titled “Trivial Occupancy” – “a four year project that is void of any specific theme, clear concept, or framework” as described by Francis Harris in an interview with XLR8R. Well known as a master of delicately shaping tone, resonance, texture and temperature into pensive landscapes of sound, Francis uses this album as an artistic pursuit fully rooted in jazz-laden sprinkles of personal expression and self-realization.
